Great snorkelling a short walk from our room. Excellent meals.

Not much. The staff were very friendly but didn't really appear to know what they were doing.

The room was large but desperately in need of a make over. Very expensive for what we got.

The friendly & professional service by the various staff. We were there for a wedding & I could not have imagined a better location for this wedding. The ceremony & reception were executed to perfection & a great day was had by all. During our stay we witnessed several weddings & each of them were different. Ours was truly special & for that I thank all the staff involved. The wedding was that of Matthew & kimberley Hansen.

Great location - close to town, friendly staff

It catered more towards family and groups - pool area not really big enough to relax and lounge around in.

Being right on the beach - but that's not a standout benefit in Rarotonga as all accommodation options are right on the beach. Clean rooms Friendly service

Plastic tables/chairs everywhere - room balcony, restaurant & sun loungers It's pretty basic accommodation really - not at value prices. You pay for the location.

The staff were excellent - friendly and obliging.

Did not enjoy being in a downstairs studio with someone upstairs who had absolutely no consideration and from 3am onwards every morning it sounded like the city gym in full swing as there is obviously lack of soundproofing between upstair and downstairs. I would consider going to another resort rather then experience this again as I had requested an upstairs room when booking several months prior to going. I know it is impossible to please everyone but this was our third year at the Resort and I would never want to repeat this again.

Breakfast is so basic, which is included in the room cost. Dinner, they don't service water on d table n y ou need to order bottle water.The soft drinks on d manual eg tropical fruit juice, is not good quality, a lot of ice n water but lack of fruits.

Friendly helpful staff. Good room facilities. Good basic continental breakfast.

Ants. Perhaps cleaners could spray rooms daily. Sheets not changed.

All staff were very helpful and willing to help in any way necessary. The location was good for us - especially with the local bus actually calling at the Resort on all trips & that made travel around the Island very easy.

There were ants in the Unit - however there was spray supplied

Food and drink expensive but this relates to the entire island really

There wasn't air con in all bedrooms in the villa Sometimes no hot water in villa Very basic and tired

I was travelling alone but felt extremely comfortable when dining alone in the restaurant, relaxing on the beach or any other time. The staff were helpful but unobtrusive. The beach view room was spacious and comfortable with a charming balcony with excellent view. I felt extremely relaxed during my whole stay due to the atmosphere as well as the style of holiday.

The dining room and restaurant adjacent to the hotel closed at 9.00 P.M. so it was necessary to eat a little earlier than I would have liked.

The staff were lovely and management fantastic - I messed up my booing and they cancelled one night for me at no charge.

Fist fight right outside our room at 1am and drunken guests yelling all night. Did not get a wink of sleep.Breakfast buffet was terrible - no hot food just sugary cereal and watery yoghurt

It was a beautiful resort to stay at. Meals were excellent and reasonably priced. I would stay there again, even with the children.
