Set alongside a beach lagoon, Sunhaven Beach Bungalows offer a pool, cafe and beachside hammocks for your relaxation. Guests are welcomed with fresh fruit and a breakfast basket. Free snorkelling gear, reef shoes and use of the kayaks are provided. There are shared BBQ facilities on site. Read a book from the guest library and relax on a sun lounger with a cocktail. All accommodation options at Rarotonga Sunhaven Beach Bungalows feature a kitchenette with a small refrigerator, a fan and tea and coffee making facilities. The tour desk can book island tours, deep-sea fishing trips and horse riding. The popular Mt. Raemaru hiking track starts just metres from the property. The Brunch Café serves breakfast, lunch and home-baked snacks. Fresh juice, cocktails and espresso coffee are also available. You can purchase beer and wine for an evening drink. The peace and quiet (other than the waves on the reef) and the relaxed environment. You get to choose how much or how little you do each day. The holiday was not long enough!

The setting by the beach with a pool was fantastic - you could maintain privacy or interact with other guests as you like. The staff were great and the fresh lei on arrival at the airport, the transfer to the bungalows and daily fresh flowers in the room were a great touch. The staff took great care to keep the common areas well groomed (sand grounds). Being on the western coast, the sunsets were just magic in the coconut palm fringed shores. Our stay made our 30th wedding anniversary very memorable. Nothing negative to say...

Impeccable cleanliness. Location right on beach. Tropical atmosphere. Very comfortable rooms. Uptight and unhelpful management. Fidly rules.
