Excellent and modern facilities. Helpful and friendly staff. Access to the below-ground parking garage is through a steep 45-degree ramp. It was a challenge getting our manual transmission rental car to climb it.

The hotel was extremely comfortable and well located in the heart of the city. Very spacious rooms - and bathroom! -- with a lovely aesthetic throughout. The staff were fantastic -- could not have been more helpful, friendly, and accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel --

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was convenient. The parking facilities. Our vehicle was parked in by another car, that couldn't be moved, because the break was on. Suggestion! Leave keys with reception so that it can be opened and the break released at least.

Nada que se pueda destacar. Creo que no regresaré a este hotel. No aceptar, como en otros hoteles el pago en 3 cuotas sin interés, tal como lo promociona la tarjeta visa. El valor / día es caro en comparación con otros hoteles de cadenas hoteleras, más nuevos y de mejor presencia.

L'albergo è centralissimo, moderno ed elegante. Molto belle le camere arredate modernamente. Lo staff gentile ed efficiente. Buona la prima colazione. Il parcheggio privato e coperto è un punto a favore di questo albergo. La carta del ristorante non è molto ampia. Chi arriva un po' tardi rischia di non poter mangiare: il servizio termina alle 22:00, senza discussioni.

La ubicacion del hotel es en pleno centro lo que facilita el conocer los alrededores.El personal que trabaja es cordial y ante algun problema buscan una solucion rapida. El estacionamiento es pequeño y de acceso complicado.

A localizacao que eh central, isso se for uma qualidade, pois o centro eh barulhento, desorganizado,sujo este hotel eh para executivo, nunca para quem esta de ferias. O hotel jamais poderia ser considerado fabuloso, o banheiro tinha gotas de sangue do hospede anterior,eu perguntei quantos habitantes tinha concepcion para o recepcionista ele nao sabia me responder, pedi um restaurante pra jantar ele disse que nao sabia.oquarto escuro. Uma decepcao.

Zentral gelegenes, konfortables Hotel. Man kann es in Concepcion kaum besser finden. Nach langer Reise durch Südamerika war das Alborada eine Insel der Erholung.

Su ubicacion,buenos dormitorios,buenas camas,confortables.una galeria jardin muy hermosa acogedora,desayuno bufet abundante.un buen hotel en general re modernizado. Un ascensor funcionando mal.Tambien un Estacionaminto de vehiculos subterráneo muy dificil de acceder.Deberian corregirlo.

Buen ambiente,personal amable y eficiente, cómodas habitaciones con buen equipamiento, absolutamente recomendable. El estacionamiento tiene un acceso demasiado vertical para un vehículo grande con tracción delantera es difícil subir y aterrador el bajar.
