There is no-one at the reception before 2 pm.so check-in is really not possible earlier (and since the doors are closed you can not even leave your luggage there)

Staff was very friendly, breakfast excellent, room was very big, bed and pillows were the best on our whole trip! Perfect location and the bathroom was clean. Price quality was excellent! Would recommend this to everyone!

Sometimes it took a while before the shower was hot.

This is a great budget option. Hotel is fairly basic but clean, comfortable enough and had everything we needed - room with private bathroom, self-serve breakfast, free wifi. Host Marcelo was very helpful. Great base to see the nearby penguin colony.

A little noisy at times - thin walls and above a shopping centre - but worth putting up with for the price. Minor issue with hot water for shower but came through eventually if we ran it for long enough! Don't let these little things put you off.

Marcelo the owner is very friendly and speaks a fluent English. He give us all the explanation about the tourist possibility in Chiloe. Rooms were very clean and confortable.

The hotel exchange rate was extremely high and although booking.com listed my cost of stay at about US $367, we ended up paying more than $430 for our stay.

Very good situated, in the center of the city and not far from the busstation. Room was nice decorated and bathroom very clean. Very friendly staff and very helpfull with tourist information. Breakfast was ok, more then we were used to. Coffee and thee available all day.

We werden door de eigenaar (Marcello) goed geholpen met alles wat we wilden: tours, bussen en een hotel in een ander deel van het eiland Chiloé. Daarnaast was de kamer prima, het ontbijt was in buffetvorm en je kon gedurende je verblijf koffie en thee drinken, dat stond steeds klaar. - Friendly and helpfull staff - Heater and good hot shower in the room - Breakfast buffet - Tea/ coffee all day - in the city centre

The owner, Marcello was so helpful and friendly and could speak great english which was great for us. He advised us where to visit on the island during our 3 days stay. He was always concerned that we were warm and comfortable in our room.Beds were very comfortable.

Good location, good breakfast, nice cozy rooms. What really made our stay, though, was our host. Marcelo was amazing and bent over backwards to help us out. Highly, highly recommended.

the owner spoke english and was extremely helpful with advice of sights to see and places to eat. he recommended we reserve our bus seat early in the day in order to leave at a time we wanted. we appreciated his advice. charges were also in american $ which helps avoid transaction charges. laundry service provided right at the hotel. breakfast included fruit and yogurt.

this is a very basic accommodation with a small room and low ceilings so not the best for large people.

En cuanto al edificio mismo destaca la calefacción, limpieza y su buena ubicación. En cuanto al personal, destaca su buena disposición para ayudar al turista y asistencia ante cualquier necesidad.

La amabilidad del personal y la ubicación del hotel es lo mejor. La habitación siempre estaba limpia y es muy acogedor. El desayuno siempre estuvo muy rico y abundante, en general se preocupan mucho por mantener al huésped cómodo.

El baño a pesar de esta muy limpio siempre, al momento de ducharse el agua no calentaba. Solo nos podíamos duchar con agua quitada del hielo y con los fríos que hacen una ducha de agua bien caliente nunca viene mal. Ojala pudieran mejorar este punto

La ubicación del hotel, muy céntrico y cercano a muchos lugares para visitar en Ancud, su entrada dentro de una galería la hace más "privada" y eso es un puntito positivo, la atención es excelente y las habitaciones y el hotel en general es muy acogedor. Ideal para pasar una noche o pasar una semana. Buen precio por el servicio. Recomendado.
