Very spacious and comfortable room, nice pool with the sea view. Good service. Parking place. Good value for money.

It was just strange to pass to our room through the parking, and also the mini-bar was locked. Nearby there is a bus terminal, the atmosphere is not very pleasant in the evening.

our booking made several Months ago, specified kitchen facilities but our room had none. When queried the gentleman on desk duty on Friday 29th March was unfriendly, unhelpful, unapologetic and made quite a fuss about looking for an alternative. Very little English was spoken by the staff which Made it difficult.

We liked the location which was spectacular and the staff which was friendly and competent.

The hotel did not feel very clean. Although the towels and sheets were changed daily, the carpet and the upholestry on the chairs was stained and dirty.

In serious need of renovation. The carpets are filthy and generally rundown

Breakfast was poor both in choice and quality of food. The lady in charge of the restaurant is so authoritative, like a manager of a communist country.

The location was fantastic. Overlooking the bay and not too far from the central bus station

The service in the restaurant was a bit slow-but I think that based on current experiences, that this may just be atypical of non metro areas

It is a fine hotel in a town that is not interesting and equipped for tourists. The hotel is old fashioned (much wood) but really good maintained and has a friendly staff.

They called me a day in advance to see if I required a transfer from the airport to the hotel.

It's location was great. Compared to other hotels in the area you get a pretty good deal on price/value. Only a five minute walk to the bus terminal and to a mall. The heated pool was probably the best.

It is an outdated hotel. The breakfast was quite boring.

Even though it's an older hotel it was very well located, the staff was friendly, the food was good, the heated pool was a great treat. Overall a good value for the money.

It is a bit old. It could use some remodeling/redecorating and what not.

Nos Gusta mucho, cada vez que viajamos a pto. montt y debemos quedarnos elegimos el Hotel por la seguridad, atencion e higiene.

Bueno lamentablemente esta ultima ocacion de estadia no me agrado que el primer dia llegamos a desayunar a eso de 10 minutos para las 11:00 de la mañana y no se nos permitio desayunar siendo que aun habian personas en el comedor desayunando. Y tambien que no habia agua caliente en la ducha de la habitacion 206 el dia viernes en la tarde. Pero en todo lo demas muy bien.

La cordialidad de sus trabajadores, ubicación, y comodidad.

Desde el día que llegamoe hasta que nos fuimos, todo un 7....la atencion del personal, los ceviches a la habitacion....la limpieza de sus habitaciones, todo en general muy bueno...lo recomiendo a ojos cerrados.

Desde la recepción, hasta la salida.. fui muy bien atendida en el hotel. tenia linda vista, habitación calentita, buena comida... la piscina y camarines muy limpios...absolutamente recomendable

O tamanho do quarto triplo é excepcional!!! Nunca vimos um qto tão grande e confortável, com uma sala de tv, uma mesa para refeições, uma mesa para computador, um closed e uma mini cozinha separada, fantástico. As 3 camas eram de casal com muitos travesseiros. A vista é linda e a localização perfeita para se passear a noite ou fazer compras. A decoração do hotel com motivos náuticos é uma atração à parte. Os funcionários são muito gentis e prestativos. O restaurante tem um lindo visual da cidade e uma comida muito boa. O café da manhã muito bom e bem variado.

Habitaciones amplias, temperatura adecuada acorde con la ciudad. Lindos ambientes para descansar. Excelente trato del personal, con una sonrisa que alegra el dia. Agradable piscina.

Gimnasio con pocos equipos y espacio para hacer deporte.
