Excellent location Very helpful staff Convenient check-in/-out hours Grocery store downstairs
Bathroom curtain was torn to shreds Threadbare towels Lumpy pillows Noisy neighbors (you're in one of four gigantic apartment towers)
Rooms were dank and musty and felt unclean. Bathroom fixtures very rusty. Unsanitary.
comfortable, good location
we were there four days. After the first night Iadvised them that the lights in the lounge did not work. Nothing was done about it.
The Apartments are in Centro Santiago. Close to Santa Lucia subway. Safe part of the city. Supermarket on ground floor in Merced Street. Great hot water service.
Maybe bath towels could bechanged more frequently.
Leslie in the office was sensationally helpful and speaks good English. The apartment was stylish and clean and the bed was very comfortable. Location is very much in the centre of Santiago and very convenient to some wonderful restaurants in Barrio Lastaria.
We had a studio apartment (2 floors) facing north to Merced. It was quite noisy - south facing or inward facing rooms would be quieter. The north facing room was fine in winter. I would expect it to get very hot in summer, though an air conditioner is fitted. The furniture in our apartment was strangely uncomfortable. The couch was about a metre off the floor when not converted to a second bed. The chaise lounge was impossibly uncomfortable. We drew the problems to Leslie's attention and I'm she'll fix them.
Good location, clean, helpful staff

Staff, location & cleanliness
Ideal location for a stay in Santiago centre, excellent connections with public transfer. Very modern appartments, with nice kitchen and bedroom.
A TV was missing in the living room, there was just one in the bedroom. The apartment was a bit dark, as there entered few daylight and downstairs there wasn't sufficient light.
Location and value for money
Good location. Place was well equipped for the stay. Lots of space and groceries close by so you could cook. Great that the reception booked tours as well as taxis. Space heaters really helped as it was winter and no central heating. Freezing in the apartment but with the two of them on it was warm.
If you're facing the street there is a lot of noise from cars and barking dogs. Sheets didn't seem that clean. First visit to the reception the people spoke no English. Second visit they did and were very helpful but had no change and said they would leave my change at reception after I paid for a tour. The change wasn't there when I checked out the next morning. It was a small amount of money but still.
Fully equipped/furnished apartment was much more than I expected. Location was good with Metro station nearby and a supermarket located downstairs.
The small space heater for the room was not working, and the main reception/front desk was not staffed 24 hours.
Everything was excellent, very stylish and modern units, in the heart of downtown Santiago and great in every aspect.
Great location, nice clean apartment, comfortable bed, kitchen with oven, hob, fridge and microwave with simple utensils.
Go straight to room 406 and you will be greeted by the lovely Leslie who will help you out with anything and speaks great English. The supermarket is right next door to stock up.
Was quite noisy on the Saturday night but otherwise great.
Very nice place！
Great location and very helpful staff. One of the staff even drove us to the airport and carried our bags to the check-in counter. supermarket almost next door was fantastic. Great, cheap Chilean wines.
A bit confusing when we arrived. The actual reception area for our apartment was on the 4th floor in a small room. Man at front desk was actual part of security. Was very abrupt and spoke no English.
Location, facilities, staff, value
Check in process a bit difficult
Good location. Very clean.
In down town, best price, best deal. Close to everything, even a supermarket downstairs. Lots of restaurants, vibrant night of Santiago taken at large. Cerro Santa Lucia around the corner. Metro super close. Everything was good. I just want warn you this is not a hotel, is a apartment, is for whom wants more independence. We fell in love with it!
This was my first stop in S. America and it couldnt have been a better choice to catch up on sleep, adjust to the food (I purchased yogurt and coffee, juice and eggs at the market next door), change money and view the city of Santiago from the 13th floor rooftop pool. This is my kind of accommodation. Staff and front desk courteous at all times and available when I accidentally disconnected the wifi, and later messed up the TV. Highly recommend.
the water in the pool was barely above freezing, but I didnt mind as much as the burly soccer players who were incredulous that anyone was even in the pool.
The location is very good in the centre of Santiago. The apartment was well equipped.
The apartment was dirty. For example there were always long hair in the bed after cleaning and it was disgusting. The blanket was originally white but now almost black. There were some problems with hot water in the shower.
Supermercado next door, easy stroll to the metro, and lots of eating places nearby.
I would strongly recommend the Apartments Urbano Bellas Artes! The apartment was in a perfect location in the center of town in walking distance to all the key historical sites. It was a two levels...with a kitchenette and sitting area below and a bed and bathroom with flat-screen TV above. The building is very secure with a 24 hour door man. Staff was also helpful. This place is perfect for all!
