I chose this facility because it offered breakfasts and Internet included, however I had none of this. After I came I was informed that "it was out of season" and no breakfast was served (but the webpage didn't say anything like this). OK, a pity a bit, because I wanted to use more time on exploring Rapa Nui, not finding possibilities to eat, but I understood. Also I got a password to Internet, but I didn't have it. I asked the host for help, but he said that he's not an expert and it's a problem with my computer. No, that was not true, especially since my Internet connection worked in Machu Picchu, Galapagos, Colombia, Amazonas; it's in a good condition in general. In Europe it's not acceptable to say something like this to the customer (there was no will to help, rather irritation, no call for a person who could help me if he was not an expert), especially since I paid for this. He just told me where an Internet cafe is, something I had to pay for. I'm not a troublesome person, so I left this as it was, however a bad impression remained. I met other people on the island who had breakfasts and Internet in their places, which were also nice, and they paid less, so I think I should've rather chosen another facility than this one.
The hostel was nice in general - clean, with almost all the required facilities. I liked my room and the fact that everybody had his/her own entrance from outside. Running water (both warm and cold), moderate temperature inside, comfortable bed, no insects coming in - that all was good.
