Hotel Atavai  

The management were friendly and helpful and arranged car hire. Room was comfortable. Took us to the airport.

It would be nice if the room had a small fridge to put cold drinks in or if they sold cold drinks as Easter Island can be hot and humid. Would have been nice to collect us from the airport as we arrived late in the evening.

Great breakfast on the verandah in front of your room. Owner very friendly & helpful especially with regards to organizing taxis & recommending tours. A very tranquil site. Good to have airport pick-up too.

I would have liked the chance to eat an evening meal there but I was recommended a restaurant in town which was excellent so no complaints.

Beautifully located about 10 min from downtown. Simple but clean rooms. Hostel run by a family, owner is French.

Pretty far out of town. Noisy. Multiple dogs barking and a neighboring house doing work (hammering, sawing). Someone had written that the front desk rented bikes, that isnt true you have to walk into town to get them. There is no bar or restaurant either.

Amazing Service! The hotel picked us up at the airport, spent 2 hours with us helping going over our planned visit to make it even better, recommended great restaurants, and delivered a wonderful breakfast each day. They also arranged a car rental company to come to us and that company delivered the car to the hotel and allowed us to leave it at the airport when we left.

They were so nice I had the best time, I wouldn't have chosen a better hotel. Breakfast was amazing. If I was to go there again I would choose the same place. They are very nice people. Thank you

It is a family run business and they are the friendliest people I met on the island. They are very accomodating. Breakfast is included and brought out at a time you set. They are able to arrange tours for you and bike/car hires. The rooms are cleaned daily and are spotless.

Being an only english speaker I would say the language barrier, but this was a very minor issue. If you have any problems, speak to Antoine, he speaks multiple languages very well.

Great hotel room in Hanga Roa.

The owner, Antoine was very helpfull, told us many good suggestions arranged a rentacar for the excursions, The room was large and the breakfast was delicious.

we had a bit of a trouble with the hot water in the shower but in the end it got solved

The main attraction of Hotel Atavai is the wonderful reception and helpfulness of its host Antoine. He droppped us to and from the airport, made us a picnic, brought us breakfast in our room every morning and was always available to help out. He is a good man for a turtle.

The owner picked me up form the airport without any notification. That was nice to see someone waiting with your name at the airport when you don't expect it.

It's nothing great about this place. The rooms are very average, the owner is sort of arogant, breakfast is poor and internet is slow. And its almost 2 km form village center and 20 min walk one way. Its not too much fun to walk back and forth..

Ambiente agradável, me senti em casa. O Sr. Antoine faz de tudo para te ver feliz e satisfeito. Uma pousada de poucos quartos e muita hospitalidade. Simples, limpo e acochegante.

é um pouco fora de mão da cidade. Para q/q coisa é 20 min de caminhada. Este é a unica observação negativa

Localizaçao, fica 15-20 minutos andando de qualquer coisa.

Atencion especial prestado por el dueno del hotel Antoine y su familia. Отличный отель именно для о.Пасхи, где все по-простому, а тебе надо только расслабиться и получить удовольствие. Не подойдет для тех, кто излишне придирчив к качеству завтрака, месторасположению и т.д.

Nada mal, todo bien.

Отличный отель, все в меру, все проблемы быстро решаются персоналом. Хозяин гостиницы Антуан лично встречает своих туристов в аэропорту. Отель недалеко от аэропорта, но так как там всего два-три рейса в день, то это не особо мешает. Good for its price, good for relax in Hanga Roa, special thanks to the host Antoine for his friendliness and courtesy!
