No wi-fi, no tv, no heating - all this was declared in the advertising on the web-site. The district is not safe. The price, services adn quality of the services do not conform.

Located in the center in walking distance from subway station, monuments, supermarket in the same building, swimming pool on the roof.

Room clean

The staff at reception of the building are the most unhelpful people on this planet. They couldnt even phone a taxi when we had to leave. They didnt even have a telephone number. Everything is fine until you have a problem as I said before the people at reception of the building absolutely unhelpful. This is a real drawback of the building which is shared by many aprtments, not only bellas artes. Plaza suites also shares the same building.

Location is good for tourism, albeit that was not the reason for my trip. They keep it clean.

Asked for a safety box at check in. It was never delivered, even though every day they will promise to bring it to the room. The elevators are way too busy at certain hours. So much so that I was forced to go down the stairs to be able to make an appointment. 14 floors and I am 72! I would not recommend this place to a business traveler, but perhaps for tourists this would be OK.

The flat was very nice and spacious

The stuff was very unfriendly and they refused to communicate with us because we did not speak Spanish. We almost could not check in because of that - we were not in their list and they were just ignoring us when we tried to explain that we have reservation with booking.com. At check out also we almost missed our flight because of miscommunication with the stuff. There was no aircondition in the room and it was very hot at the second floor where the bedroom is as hot air tends to stay there.

Friendly staff; close to grocery and restaurants; good WiFi.

No air conditioning, limited kitchen accoutrements, no new towels or sheets during stay, dishes not completely cleaned by maid staff.

Unfortunately if your room faces into the courtyard and there is someone having a loud party the noise will be heard by everyone. This only happened on one of our nights staying here.

Actually when I arrived I learned that there was a problem with the services (water, electricity?) therefore I was sent to hotel Victoria, 3 blocks away. Then I end up into a dark, non-friendly hotel, very noisy from early morning on Sunday. None of the services promised at the Bellas Artes Apart were available at this hotel. Luckily I booked for just one night otherwise the option was not at all value for money. Then at the end I do not know how the Bellas Artes Apart is, since is on a big building where there are different apartments from many others companies. At the end the system seemed to me strange and somehow chaotic, I still wonder if what I read and book on the Internet actually exist. In any case, I was not able to use the pool as it was advertise since the one in the Hotel Victoria had the entrance door closed and lots of rubbish on the deck….

We booked late and when we checked in about the 11pm, the front desk reception man who speaks only Spanish and told us that there is no booking. We asked him to call and checked. Took him about 1 hour and finally gave us a room on 3 rd floor with construction is going on. We requested to be moved and they moved to temporary without phone coffee table and leaking sink. I accidently left my sweater and my pants in the rush of moving to another room and I went back to ask for the next day and they said " Nada"

What a pleasant surprise! We normally always stay at the Ritz Carlton in Las Condes and this year decided to look for a place with a kitchen because of our 9 months old son. Initially we were skeptical because through booking.com you can reserve and change your reservations at any time. Our stay for a week was same amount as 1 night stay at the Ritz (cash only)...too good to be true? Well, not this time! When we got here, we found out that this was indeed a clean modern apartment just like it looked in the pictures! I guess there are mixed residents here between perm, short stays and day travelers. Most of the people in the building looked like working professionals. What we got was a full furnished 1 bedroom with comfortable big bed, full bathroom, kitchen(stove, microwave, full fridge, toaster, basic cooking utensils), laundry(in separate blg), gym and pool(not heated). Maids came by everyday and they provide basic soap and shampoo. If you are coming for a week like we did, you might want to pack snack packs of salt, peppers and seasoning for cooking. There is a supermarket right downstairs so you can buy your grocery/wines which is super convenient. We love the Bella Vista neighborhood because it's kind of artsy and there are alot to see and do around here. When we were at Las Condes everything closed early because it's a financial district but this area everything is opened late. There are also lots of diverse eateries as well. I have to say, check in and check out was super easy too. No frills! Karin Pereira, general manager, gave us her cell # and answered our emails even on weekends and at nights. To boot, internet is FREE! when we stayed at the Ritz, we paid $15/day! The hotel will also arrange a pick up/ drop off to airport for fee. 15 pesos for cab and 30 pesos for a van(cheaper than what you will pay at the airport). If you are looking for fancy lobby and pool with spa, room service-- this is not the place.

Could be better equipped

I was made to feel very at home and the apartment was in a great location. It is great value for money, very clean spacious and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it for anyone visiting Santiago as a tourist of for business.

We stayed twice, a week apart, in 2 different apartments. The apartments themselves are basic, clean, tidy, microwave, ff etc. Karin is friendly and efficient, although she spoke no English at all, and we spoke minimal Spanish. She organised taxis to the airport for us. The location is good, only 5 minutes walk from Park Santa Lucia, and 10-15 mins walk to the Plaza de Armas, along Huerfanos, which is right in the centre of the main shopping areas. Our second apartment had views across to the mountains.

I couldn't figure out the setup here. Karin's office is on the 4th floor of a tower block, with the apartments in another tower block (11th and 14th floors), and there seem to be about 4 blocks. We assumed most of the apartments are occupied by full time residents. It was rather inconvenient to have to go back and forth to the office (and to the computer chap's office when we had a Wifi problem), and Karin was not always there. Although the rooms and location were ok, it was just a bit inconvenient in terms of managing issues. If that doesn't bother you, then fine.

This was a nice piece of luxury during our 4 month trip. Same price as hostels / hostals we had been staying at, but this was a step above all of these. Lots of space, very clean (cleaned daily), felt like our own apartment back home. Definitely recommend.

O quarto é espaçoso, bem decorado e com colchão, roupa de cama e travesseiros de boa qualidade. A localização é o ponto alto, propiciando um bom custo-benefício.

As toalhas (de muito boa qualidade!) estavam lavadas, porém encardidas. O atendimento para pagamento e checkout só é feito em horário limitado.

No respetaron el tema del pago, ya que el día de llegada no quisieron recibir pago por no encontrarse la persona a cargo, y al día siguiente al ir a pagar llegaron y cargaron a la tarjeta. Sabiendo que se estaba esperando para pagar al contado. Muy mal no confiable.

Localização, conforto, limpeza e o atendimento.

El confort del apartamento es excelente. Estaba completamente equipado y con mucho gusto y estilo diseñado. La cama realmente era un lujo, super amplia y cómoda, la mejor en la que me tocó dormir en todos los viajes que hice. Muy buen LCD y servicio de televisión por cable. Excelente señal de WIFI, había señal en cada rincón del apartamento. La presión de la ducha y la temperatura del agua es algo importante a destacar. La ubicación es excelente. sobre todo si no se cuenta con movilidad propia, está cerca de todo y es fácil de ubicar. Hay subtes, supermercados, restaurantes y bares cerca. Que cuente con plancha para la ropa es algo muy positivo también. Lo mismo puede decirse del equipo de música. La seguridad el edificio es optima. Cuenta también con piscina y gimnasio, que estaban pero no pude utilizar por una cuestión de tiempos. La independencia total que brinda un departamento totalmente equipado con respecto a un hotel. Cuenta con absolutamente todo para que uno pueda cocinar y comer ahí mismo. La tranquilidad de la noche, no se escuchan ruidos molestos ni disturbios que pueda alterar el sueño de uno. Se pueden realizar llamadas telefónica locales sin costo.

La limpieza de algunas zonas del departamento era "muy por arriba". Había zonas del lugar que no estaban correctamente iluminadas a causa que había lamparitas quemadas y las mismas no fueron cambiadas. Si bien la señal del WIFI funcionaba muy bien, no se puede decir lo mismo del enlace de Internet, que por momentos estaba caído y no se podía navegar, cosa que no se le puede atribuir al departamento sino al proveedor de Internet. La zona al ser céntrica, después de las 20 hs queda deshabitada , con la mayoría de los locales cerrados, y da un poco de miedo caminar por ahí. Al ser un apartamento, quizás las personas que están acostumbradas a estar en un hotel se sientan un poco "a la deriva" en el trato personal y para realizar alguna consulta. Se extraña la presencia de un desayuno, pero uno ya sabe de antemano que esto es así.
