The city, acomodations and location

Don´t have intimate shower in the bathroom

Amazing hotel! Stayed in 4 other hotels in Puerto Varas before. Bellavista is by far the best quality. Location is very good: view over the lake with the volcano in all rooms. Breakfast was phenomenal: Raspberry cake, lemon pie and home made brownies, lots of juices, eggs and sausages and a lot of fruit.. and Ulmo Honey! Staff was very helpful and efficient; especially during check/in -out and when I needed to print, scan and email a document! Very helpful and friendly.. without the "suck-up" attitude.

The shower was good (warm and good pressure) but the direction of the spray was too "outwards". Change Shower heads! The only dirty spot I found was in the roof of the elevator.

Need Air Condition

The room was clean and spacious, however, the view was SPECTACULAR! WOW is the first thing that I said when we arrived at our room. The breakfast buffet was good. The front desk clerks were courteous and spoke English!

Our bathroom needed some updating; problem with toilet bowl, shower head leaking.

Excellent location, walking distance to city center and restaurants, with wonderful view on the lake and vulcanos. Room very clean and spacious. Breakfast also with good variety and quality. Sauna for private use.

Absolutely nothing to dislike.

Bedrooms are very comfortable, big and spacious. Excellent view.

The receptionists need a professional training. Bedrooms need air condition for hot days. My bedroom had two artificial plants full of dust! Also, in the floor, at the back of sofas. Poor cleaning.

The hotel was beachfront very central to town centre and casino etc. clean and friendly staff, Amost enjoyable place to stay

Great waterfront location downtown Puerto Varas. Everyhtig is within walking distance. Rooms were clean but a little dated, Grea breakfast

A little pricy

The view from the room is breathtaking: a lake and 3 volcanoes. Undiscribable! Plus, I figure the hotel is build so most of the rooms have a lake view. Bella vista indeed!

The room was clearly not used for quite some time because the shelves and bathroom facilities were covered in dust. The room also smelled of cigarettes and the furniture has obviously passed its time of glory... but who cared? With that view?!

Excellent breakfast. Great view of the lake from the room at a very reasonable price. Walking distance to town. Knowledgeable and friendly staff.

Unfortunately, not a huge fan of Puerto Varas. Not a lot you can do about that though. Keep up the good work!

The location

After checking in and being allocated a room overlooking the parking area, on request, we were readily moved to a much nicer room on the sixth floor. The room was spacious and extremely comfortable with a great view and balcony. The bathroom was large and well equipped with an excellent shower. It was well located to walk to restaurants and cafes.

Good breakfast. Perfect location. Amazing lake view. Very comfortable and spacious room and bathroom.

Although the restaurant had an extensive list of plates, when we decided to have a dinner and enjoy the view, they only had 2 main dishes options and you had to have the full menu.

The location is perfect. I had a room with a balcony that overlooked Lake Llanquihue and the Osorno Volcano. Beautiful! The hotel is right on the street that boders the beach/lakefront. Service was great and the room well done.

Location is excellent overlooking the lake with a view to Volcano Orsono. Breakfast at the hotel was good ad there are some good restaurants in the town centre.

Brilliant location, reasonable breakfast, good parking and nice comfortable room.

At check out, the hotel staff tried to charge vat (iva) on top of my booking.com price. As stated on my printed receipt, all taxes were already included, so no additional cost was finally charged. Strange situation though, first time this occurs to me using booking.com.

La ubicación frente al lago,la excelente vista, la habitacion muy amplia, muy cómoda, confortable y bien ambientada. El personal muy atento y agradable.

Falta alguna iluminación más específica para leer.

Gostei de tudo em especial da roupa de cama e da localização com apto de frente para o lago com visual incrível. Vale a pena também conhecer o Restaurante La Olla, que tem uma comida maravilhosa

De não ter ficado mais tempo em Puerto Varas. Espero voltar em breve.

Ficamos numa suíte no último andar por um preço ótimo, promocional que encontrei aqui no site, foi sensacional, a vista é linda, o quarto espaçoso e aconchegante não tivemos nenhum problema lá. Sem falar da localização perfeita.

Não tive nenhum problema. Para nós foi perfeito.
