Bellavista Travel Suites Apart Hotel  

The location is excellent, within walking distance to the Bellavista area nightlife and dining, and about a 15 minute walk to the metro. The neighborhood is safe and clean. We enjoyed our 4 day stay there.The apt. was comfortable and tidy, and the staff were very friendy and helpful. I wil stay there again the next time I visit Santiago.

Security conscious. Well designed apt.

During our stay we asked staff for a nice walk on the cerro san criostobal adjacent to the apt, and we were given directions along a dirt track to the rear of the apartment. We were told it was safe. During our climb we were heldup at knife point and 2 youths tried to rob us. As it was very isolated there was nobody around to come to our aid. When we returned to the apartment we informed the staff and management. They seemed to shrug the incident off and made light of it. We told them that they should inform all visitors of the potential danger.

I liked the location of the hotel. Also the staff was very helpful with helping me to order day trips. The hotel was comfortable and I really enjoyed staying there.

On your website you need to change the map location of the hotel. The location on the map shows the hotel at the wrong place. I have arrived late in the evening and was looking for the hotel based on the location on your website but the hotel is at the very end of the street.

Simple nice design. Quiet location for a very congested city.

The entrance from the street, not nice. Staff, not very helpful..., asked for a taxi and they could not get one 'cause the place I needed to go to, was not far enough for a profitable fair... ¿?

Esta bien ubicado. Desde esa posicion se llega a cualquier lugar de Santiago bien rapido. Las habitaciones son amplias y modernas. La personas que atienden son muy amables. La relacion precio / beneficio es optima.

El aparato de frio / calor, aunque muy nuevo, era muy ruidoso. Claro que no le puedo echar la culpa al hotel por esto, ya que era un aparato de marca reconocida, pero me desperto un par de veces por las noches.

If you are not there on business, it is a great location, few blocks from Patio Bellavista where we find very cute area with restaurants, cafes, and where we can take hop on hop of and other tours. Yes the hotel is located few blocks also from the Metro Santiago but still distante from the business. Very esy to find taxis and not expensive

No telephone in the room!!! All the time when I was receiving a phone call I had to go to the front desk. Breakfast was poor but the are a lot of mercados few blocks from the hotel where you can get fruits, etc...

Proximidade com o bairro boêmio da BellaVista. Apto novinho, eletrodomesticos novos, cozinha bem equipada. Limpeza boa. Cama confortável

A banheira alta sem corrimão. Pode causar acidentes principalmente se for uma pessoa mais velha. A porta da varanda do meu apto nao travava.

Localização ótima (lugar tranquilo no bairro e perto de tudo), apartamento grande, com mobília adequada e confortável, tudo limpo, água quente no banheiro, seguro, equipe cordial, alguns falam português, prestativos

O hotel não tem culpa disso. Somente o táxi encomendado para meu retorno ao aeroporto simplesmente não foi.Tive que ir na rua procurar outro. Minha estadia no hotel foi ótima.

Mesmo estando em uma área próxima a tudo, o hotel é silencioso. Os quartos são ótimos, a cama é confortável, é bastante limpo.

Poderia ter secador de cabelos nos banheiros.

Bom atendimento, quarto amplo com cozinha e todos os utensilios disponiveis. Otimo para familia com filhos

Sinceramente me siento estafada.Al entrar un día en el apartamento la llave se rompió dentro de la cerradura, y me obligaron a pagarla,con un coste de 25 euros.

las habitaciones muy comodas y lindas, espacio justo y bien aprovechado, con todo el equipamiento necesario. Barrio super tranquilo, pero a su vez cerca de la movida de restaurants y bares. El personal muy amable.

Favor instalar pasamanos en las tinas de baños para sostenerse en caso de resbalarse cuando la persona se encuentra en la ducha
