The staff was friendly and very accommodating, the view is to die for, and the rooms are comfortable and elegantly decorated.

The staff speaks little English and we were able to get by with our "Spanglish". However, I'd read online that the staff spoke fluent English. Not a problem, just unexpected and would be helpful for others to know in advance. As we later learned in our travels in South America, "fluent" is a relative term!

I like the people of the hotel and the public places of the hotel like the breakfast room and the two little terrasses on the ground and second floor although if the hotel should be full they are to small for all the guests. The breakfast is good and fresh. The rooms are neat. The hotel is in a good part of the city.

I do not think that the size and the equipment of the room is in balance for what we paid per night (200 american doller per night). Because of the wooden floors the rooms are very noisy. We asked for a quit room while we booked the room and get a room at street side which was not that quit because of the people and dogs at the street at night and early in the morning. For us it where the last 2 nights of our vacation and because of this all it was a bit disapointing.

The staff there was fabulous. The airline lost one of our bags and they tried very hard to help us with phone calls as we didn't speak Spanish and the numbers given to us by the airline connected to Spanish speaking resources. As well we had an early morning commitment and they started breakfast for us a half hour earlier than scheduled. There were plenty of good choices. The building is beautiful.

No elevator. We stayed one night before going on a 22 day cruise so we had a fair amount of luggage. The staff was great helping us with our bags but we did carry some up and down. The stairs are not an issue when you are not caring anything.

Very friendly staff, great location, great service and a spacious and comfortable room.

La muy cordial y amistosa atención de sus dueños, disponibles en todo momento para lo que se necesitara. La casona muy cuidada, mantenida y mejorada. Limpieza: impecable, además cómoda. Buenos colchones, sábanas, almohadas y toallas. Exquisito desayuno, muy completo. Muy bien ubicada, preciosas vistas. La recomiendo de todas maneras.

Lo único que encontré "poco bueno" fue el ruido general de la casona, al ser antigua suenan más que en otros lados los pasos, las voces, etc.

Precioso hotel en una casa antigua, con una decoración linda y de buen gusto, de cuidados y cálidos detalles. Excelente! Lo recomiendo. No apto para personas con discapacidad porque tiene 3 pisos sin ascensor

Excelente atencion. Magnifica habitacion con una de las mejores vistas de Valparaiso. Gran desayuno.

Ambiente acogedor, excelente ubicación para recorrer los cerros de Valparaíso, casona bien mantenida , equipo humano cordial y accesible, servicio permanente de cafetería, microondas y resfrigerador lo que facilita la visita con niños.

Me gustó mucho el hotel, sobretodo la gentileza y amabilidad de las personas que atentendían. Además muy acogedor y con detalles que lo hacen sumamente agradable.

La verdad es que el hotel es un lugar muy acogedor, la calidad de sus dueños y personal hacen muy grata la estadia, ademas se encuentra ubicado en el corazón de Valparaíso, lo que permite un abordaje caminando a la ciudad que permite disfrutar de su arquitectura y magia increíble. Recomiendo este hotel por su magia que te encanta de igual forma que la ciudad Valparaiso, sus dueños han sabido rescatar todo lo mejor de la ciudad para volcarlo en su hotel.

No hay cosas que nos hayan molestado.
