Lovely hotel and staff.the beds were great. Wonderful sitting areas for breakfast or evening cocktail. Very Quaint.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice garden with tables. Well-functioning internet. Comfortable rooms. Good location with several first-class restaurants around. Self-service coffee and snacks are available in the evening, adding to your feeling of being in your second home.

Pay attention to room size. The smallest are just too small to be really comfortable and worthy of the price. Not even the bigger rooms have easy chairs, but the downstairs lounge area make up for that. We had reserved a big Deluxe Kings Size 30 sq. m room but were initially given a smaller one facing the street. When we complained the staff was very forthcoming and assigned us a bigger room facing the garden.

Service was excellent and the location was great

The shower in the room was excellent. Overall the hotel is very stylish.

The breakfast room seating. The low tables and sofas were very awkward and uncomfortable for eating breakfast. Even the serving tables were uncomfortably low. The room was a little small, especially with the wardrobe cabinets opening into the space in front of the beds.

Everything about this hotel is excellent including the staff. It felt like a piece of Paris in Santiago. Can't speak highly enough of it

We chose this hotel because of the excellent location in the heart of Providencia and also because it looked a bit different from the standard tower block. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The hotel was charming inside with an unusual layout, a comfortable lounge and a lovely outside patio. Our room was clean and comfortable and as many guests point out a little bit on the small side. We had a room facing the road which tended to be a bit noisy. There were always biscuits in the lounge and drinks could be made in the kitchen in the afternoon. The breakfasts were good too.

No mirror in the bedroom only in the bathroom.

Absolutely beautiful. Lived up to my expectations. Staff were excellent, helped us get concert tickets. Rooms very comfortable. Nice breakfast. Charming courtyard. Would definitely recommend!

Personnel at the reçeption desk are very helpful, everyone is customer focused. Well located, near very good restaurants, inside garden is beautiful and very relaxing.

Great service/staff. beautiful building, great rooms, great location-beautiful outdoor space for drinks and breakfast. Would definitely stay there again!! Booked tour bus with them and return taxi to airport. Not for young children-

Hotel Boutique Le Reve was an outstanding hotel with a very attentive staff which served your every need: excellent breakfast; comfortable room; arranging car service; restuarant reservations. The lobby/library and outdoor courtyard provided a beautiful, quiet ambience to this classy hotel. It is great value for the money and an excellent location in the heart of Santiago. Hignly recommend this hotel for short or long stays.

The batheroom could be a little bigger.

Good sized room and bathroom. Comfy bed. We loved the library where you could have breakfast. There was a lovely courtyard which we used for tea.

The staff was amazingly friendly and helpful, always ready to help, talk and even suggest places. The room is wonderful, the bed super comfy and the breakfast a blast. The midnight snack was one of my favorite things: a little extra show of courtship.

Staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful when booking trips and nothing was too much trouble. A great service.

Services were extremely poor, for abusive price of a five stars hotel -- elevator was never working, no help with luggage, wake-up call failed, and breakfast was a very poor one, no hot coffee, and few biscuits instead of bread, not even butter and orange juice available -- it is a shame for booking.com label this bed-and-breakfast as a hotel, nice rooms and fake ambients are not worth 500 dollars a night

Excellent in all aspects!!

A wonderful hotel staffed by English speaking and very friendly staff. Charming patio and comfortable sitting room make this a very accommodating and enjoyable hotel.

Friendly staff, clean and well furnished

the staff is very friendly and helpful. the decor is beautiful. they are very hospitable with access to the kitchen during the evening for tea coffee and cookies. the breakfast is very adequate.

This French inspired hotel is exceptionally well located and was an ideal choice to have 2 days relaxing before returning home after five weeks travelling, with a plethora of good eating establishments within minutes. As is the craziness of Santiago's footpaths ! Professional, friendly and helpful staff. Travelling solo, the basic king was spacious with a calming aspect of a courtyard garden and Santiago's residential blocks. If one wanted to unpack, the lack of cupboard space could be problematic...and nowhere to 'hide' the luggage. Adequate breakfast, except for the coffee. Easy to get within nearby streets. Wins the best bed of the entire vacation !

Personally, I prefer having breakfast at a table not a coffee table. Hotel of this calibre I would have thought would have at least a copy of the International Herald Tribune.

I feel like home. Love the kitchecn where the night snacks provided. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Some good restuarants nearby. It is just off the busy street and surpisingly very peaceful. The hotel rate is a bit pricey, but as i stay during the w/e, the price is off a bit so affordable.
