Great value for the money, great staff.

Big old building with thin walls, could b noisey at times.

Old restored home, pleasant staff, very clean, good breakfast.

They overbooked and cancelled our reservation 3 hours before leaving home. They finally got it worked out by the time we arrived. Staff doesn't know how to run a hotel. No closets nor way to hang up clothes. Suitcases on floor and clothes spread out on the floor. No hand towels available & no towel rods near the sink. We used a floor mat for a hand towel. Lights burned out in the hall & they did not replace them though we requested it. We had to request breakfast buffet items to be replaced when empty because staff didn't notice. Only one set of keys per room, so my wife had to stay up to let me in the hotel when I got back late at night from my business meetings. Great potential, but the folks running it have no idea what a hotel should provide.

Great old mansion with great local heritage, feels like a home-stay. Friendly owner and nice fresh breakfast.

Some noise from adjoining rooms, would disturb only the lightest of sleepers in my opinion.

La ubicación exepcional, esta cerca de todo y el edificio muy bien cuidado a pesar que tiene sus años, la ambientaciòn y el esmero del personal.

La casa es patrimonio cultural por lo que su mezcla de antigua y trazos modernos (baños) es muy atractivo. Buenas camas (la matrimonial un poco angosta)

No vi extracción o ventilación en los baños

Schöne Aussicht, aber nicht von unserem Zimmer.

Schwierige Anfahrt. Sehr viele Treppen zum und innerhalb Hotel. Nur Holzofen, waren nicht in Betrieb, kalt im Zimmer. Zimmer lärmig von Strasse und danebenliegendem Kühllager Haus. (ventilator Lärm) Haus sehr alt und abgenutzt.

La ubicación es destacable ya que está a metros del centro. La atención del personal es buena, preocupándose por las necesidades del turista.

La ropa de cama no estaba limpia, y las toallas no parecían lavadas. La habitación tiene un baño sin ventilación.

Estacionamiento estrecho Falta iluminación para ingresar por la noche y ello se hace más dificil por la presencia de escalas. Desayuno regular

El personal es exelente, es demasiado lo que hacen para ser tan pocos y atender un hetel lleno. Nos gusto la estructura del hotel no en todo. Lo que destaco es la buena predisposicion del personal.

La imagen que muestran en la propaganda es falsa. Hay que subir el doble de escaleras. La habitacion no cuenta con closet, ni ropero, ni nada, parecia una carpa con ropa colgada donde se podia. Por la noche hay que llevar una linterna porque está oscuro. No hay un servicio de cafeteria, salvo la gente que atiende nos puede dar un poco de agua caliente, es una verguenza. Las toallas se cambian cada 2 días en cualquier hotel se hace diariamente. Aunque ya lo sabiamos es increible que la habitacion no tenga tv. Y la qe está en recepcion ya paso de moda hace 100 años!!!! Falta de persoanl!!!!! Llega una cantidad de gente, como hemos visto de brasileros y la porbre mujer se vuelve loca, eso hace mala la atencion al cliente. Le sugiero, ¿porque no hace un curso de hoteleria?

Excelente lugar, nos toco una súper habitación con una súper linda vista. Nos vamos muy contentos.

Die Lage ist gut

Trotz langfristiger Buchung war das bestellte Zimmer nicht frei. Bekamen dann ein Einzelzimmer für 2 Personen um ins Bad zu gelangen musste dass eine Bett verschoben werden. Auch kein Platz für die Koffer.
