スタッフが素晴らしい。親切で丁寧、まるで日本のよう。バスターミナルからも街の中心にも近く、言うことな- し。キッチンも庭も部屋も全てきれい。しかも値段がそんなに高くない。あまりに居心地が良すぎて一晩延泊し- てしまった。

唯一の欠点は部屋が寒かったこと。でも寒いと言ったらすぐにストーブを貸してくれたから全く問題なし。夏な- ら全然大丈夫だと思う。

The place is nice and is good located.

If you sleep in the first floor you would probably hear a lot of noise cos the roof is thin.also in our case the windows in the firt floor does not have so you don't have privacy in the bathroom

The staff is the best of this hotel. The room is cozy and the building has a great garden were you can spend time and relax. The decoration is a plus and the breakfast was delicious.

There is no heater in the rooms and on the first night we were really cold. For the second night they offered a heater blanket and the problem was partially solved. They should think about this situation for the winter. Another point, our room was downstairs and we could hear the steps and other movements from the room above.

This is a real gem, the rooms are comfortable and the shared bathroom is beautifully finished and probably the nicest we have had on our travels. The staff are really friendly and helpful, breakfast was good and the garden area is a lovely place to spend time. The wifi is great and there are even massages and spa options available.

Nothing really, La Serena itself can get a little cold in the evenings so be prepared.

The hostel is very beautiful,with superb patio and territory. It has a kitchen,spa,nice sofas and tables outside. The room is clean and comfortable with big tvs inside. The bathroom is clean and nicely decorated.Breakfast is good.Location is good,close to everyting

Very well located Hostel in the heart of La Serena. Very beautifully decorated and very clean. The place is a pure enchantment for eyes and to rest. Cherry on cake, the staff is very charming and helpful. Best ever!

The whole ambiance of the Hostal is wonderful: relaxing interior space, gardens, zen rooms, wonderful breakfast. The front desk staff gave excellent recommendations for parking and dinner spots right around the corner. Location was perfect.

Carlos and the rest of the staff at Hastal Terra Diaguita were so nice and helpful. The lovely courtyard tucked into the middle of La Serena feels like a relaxing oasis.

The staff were fantastic and were always available to help. The hotel is in the centre of town, within walking sistance to everything.

A bit noisy because of the bar next door and the room upstairs. Only one shared bathroom, no separate toilets.

Very cool Design, very calm relaxed enviroment. Good position to the city, close enough to walk to shops/restaurants but far enough to be a quiet place to stay.

I cannot reccomend this hostal highly enough! The wonderful owner and staff dealt with my faulty spanish requests with good humour and efficiency and it is simply one of the best places I have stayed. Beds were warm and comfortable, amenities are great, breakfast is generous, the outside garden area must be lovely in warm weather and the rustic feel of the place with all of the pottery etc makes it homely and welcoming. There are a lot of private areas to sit and talk and it's location is great for shopping and close to the historic centre. I'll be back - that's my best reccommendation!

My only (small) complaint is that I would like a handrail to get in and out of the shower/bath as it is a big step up and in and I am a short person!

We really enjoyed our stay at Hostal Terra Diaguita. The breakfast was amazing and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The hostal has a really nice outdoor area with comfy seats and our room had a terrace with table and chairs which was really nice to have your meals at. The room was very comfortable and clean. We also booked a Isla Dama island tour with them which was a really good way to spend a day.

The shower was generally pretty good but could be a bit unpredictable at times.

I liked the atmosphere and cleanliness very much. It was very important to me to have quiet. It was very tranquil. The hostess and staff were very friendly and helpful. I loved the gardens and creative environment. I enjoyed the cat too.

Our accomodations were in the oldest twin room but it was clean and comfortable with lots of character. We like that. It was warm because we had a heater. OUr friends, however, were not offered a heater because they had heated beds. They were not pleased by this as their rooms were very cold this time of year.

The staff were tha most co=operative people ever. No language but went out of their way to try to organise a tour for us. House staff took the washing from bathroom and dried for us without being asked. No charge to ring taxis. Trying very hard yo make modern and a quiet peacesul placeHighly recommend

I enjoyed my stay at the terra diaguita because of the friendlyness of the staff the way the place is decorated it make you feel very special and the location is also a bonus. If i need to recommend it i will strongly do it for everyone . Thanks Janet was a lovely time keep you good work !!!!!

it only will be nice to be able to access to a wireless connection in your room and maybe a little fridge (bar type) otherwise everything is great .

From the street where is in, it will surprise you, as being such a calm and confortable place. Nice details, like a place to seat by the fire or the familiar breakfast.Very nice.
