Being at the end of Templeman street it's and ideal location for food, near Ascender,Downtown,ATM, etc. one of two best breakfast in3 months travel around Chile n Argentina. Super staff. Wish we had known about Casa Latina last year, would have stayed here.

I was here just for one night as I was meeting other people to travel on in Chile the next day. I loved this place though and I would definitely stay here again. Monica, the woman in charge, was so kind and helpful and the other staff too. Breakfast at the hostal the next morning was delicious. I liked the location too, there are a number of good restaurants within walking distance.

Hotel's staff was very friendly.We arrived very early and got the room before check-in time. Moreover we got extra breakfast on the day of arrival for free.

La atención y acogedor de las personas del hotel. La recepción es muy grata con traguito y conversa. Las camas cómodas, la ducha abundante. El desayuno es increíble. Me alegra que estén renovando a energía solar y sustentable. Nos hicieron un upgrade gratuito, la disposición excelente. La decoración estilosa. MIs hijos lo disfrutaron. Tienen mínimos detalles de uso que podrían arreglar o intervenir como las cortinas rasgadas o con puntas enmohecidas (la del baño). Así mismo con los closet de melamina que son funcionales, pero que se salen de la línea de la decoración.

La atencion fue excelente, inclusive nos dieron en el desayuno un dulce de cumpleaños con velas. Al entrar en la habitacion me parecio extraño que no tuviera TV. Pero al final fue mejor. Con el wifi fue suficiente.

el personal es amable todo, relaciòn costo/servicios fue carisimo, no tiene tv, tiene un ventilador de mesa de 30 cm, para llegar es dificil, solo con elevador que no pasan la valijas o subiendo una empinada cuesta muy cansadora, su costo es mayor que el del hotel IVIS que està a cuato cuadras sin subir la cuesta con todos los servicios, el entorno muy caro y muy precario, insisto muy CARO PARA LO QUE PRESTA.

Localização maravilhosa, no cerro mais turístico de Valparaiso. Excelentes opções de bares, cafés e comida gourmet. Vista linda deste ponto, bom para curtir e fotografar a qualquer hora. Equipe muito simpática, atenciosa e eficiente. Café da manhã com poucos itens servidos em porções individuais, mas de excelente qualidade. Surpreendeu. Nos hospedamos no quarto superior, muito confortável e limpo. Facilidade de acesso, fica a poucos metros do ascensor Constitucion. Ambiente familiar. Trata-se de uma casa muito antiga, mas bem reformada internamente. O acesso a internet foi precário. Sinal fraco no quarto superior e varias travadas quando estávamos na área da recepção.
