Excellent location and sociable atmosphere. Girls' dorm in the attic was extremely stuffy at first but you get used to it after a while. They could also use at least some hooks or a chair in the bathroom to put your things on. It is really bare.

Great location in the middle of Puerto Varas; kitchen with big fridges and a basket for each guest's food; friendly front desk staff. TV on in the dining room with MTV-type channel or maybe a movie; the late night noise from the room next door, despite the hostel having a "quiet after 11:30" policy.

Very good budget option for a private room in central Puerto Varas. Spacious basic room and bathroom, clean though walls and some fittings were a bit on the old side, giving it a tired appearance. Common areas were bright with pretty paint-jobs. Friendly staff. Good basic buffet breakfast. 2-minute walk to main square and to the lake with many shops and restaurants nearby. About 10-15 minute walk to the bus station. The walls and some fittings in the room were a bit old and tired which always gives a slightly dirty appearance even when the room is actually clean - they were cleaned every day.

Centrally located In Puerto Varas: that's its big plus. Noisy: the two common rooms are on either end of the bedrooms and the sound carries - not great if you want to get to sleep before midnight. Also, the hostel charges the double room price for a single occupant (even though I don't eat two breakfasts!); unfortunately, this is common in Chile and Argentina.

Desayuno, bueno. Ubicación. Conexión Internet - computadores de libre uso. Camas. Tamaño de las habitaciones. Televisión cable. Decoración. Ambiente de personas. Servicio de trasporte desde /hacia Aeropuerto. Agua caliente todo el día. Baños, tamaño-limpieza (exceso de hongos en duchas y tinas)-Mantención (llaves de agua no funcionaban en forma correctas, se informó dos veces a recepción y no tuvimos solución). Habitaciones, limpieza, ventilación, mantención ( aspirado de alfombra, limpieza de baño). Ropa de cama en mala presentación( manchas en sabanas y sin planchar), Cubrecamas y frazadas en mal estado. Comedor - refrigerador putrefacto, paños de cocina sucios y hediondos (putrefactos). Goteras en las habitaciones (205, filtración de la ducha tercer piso y 214 filtración lluvia) Bulla del pub vecino que da a la habitación 214. Punto aparte es que no recibí boleta de servicios por lo cancelado, ¿ es legal?....

Equipe antenciosa e simpática. Localização excelente, no centro de Puerto Varas, próximo aos transportes públicos que levam a outras cidades próximas. Não espere quartos luxuosos, as suites são básicas, não estão com um visual modernizados, porém, tem tudo o que é necessário.
