“ Rooms were well decorated and clean with very comfortable beds. The heated pool was the biggest plus. There was a good selection of food for breakfast. Although the location seems to be on the edge of town it is only an easy short walk to the supermarket and some of the best restaurants (We recommend Lito's!) It's location also gives lovely views across the valley. ”

Rooms were well decorated and clean with very comfortable beds. The heated pool was the biggest plus. There was a good selection of food for breakfast. Although the location seems to be on the edge of town it is only an easy short walk to the supermarket and some of the best restaurants (We recommend Lito's!) It's location also gives lovely views across the valley. The pool area was not stocked with enough clean towels and needed a clean when we first arrived.

El desayuno; espaciosidad; piscina y sauna. NOTA: El grupo estaba compuesto por una pareja de la tercera edad, un abuelo (el suscrito) y dos nietos ya mayores. Nada que merezca ser mencionado.

Piscina temperada Habitación muy sucia. Almohadas muy incómodas, sin opción de cambiarlas. Desayuno regular. Pésima relación precio/calidad (US $240 la noche). Mala ubicación. No lo recomendaría jamás.

Me gustó mucho la atención amable,cordial, deferente, alegre de una de las recepcionistas de nombre CECILIA. Me gustó la disposición de las personas que atendían el Restaurant, no obstante, me pareció poco personal versus la cantidad de personas que atendían. Poco personal en Restaurant y Bar. En las noches debían "correr" para atender a todas las personas que llegaban a dicho lugar. Se debe ampliar el horario de atención. Las 23:30 horas me parece muy temprano cuando uno está de vacaciones. El baño en las habitaciones, específicamente, la ducha, debe instalarse una cortina de baño acorde a un hotel 4 estrellas-

Excelente instalaciones. Esta entre los únicos 3 hoteles de la región de Aysen de categoria internacional (exceptuando lodge de pesca fuera de las ciudades). Mejorar la carta de comidas. Falta mas variedad de platos.
