Además de la excelente atención y de los servicios que tiene el hotel, creo que su ubicación le da un alto valor agregado!!!!! 100% recomendable. Creo que se podria mejorar la carta del restaurant, ampliando la variedad de platos; sobre todo para las personas a las que no les gustan: el pescado o los mariscos.

1.-La ubicacion de la habitacion fui un viernes me quede hasta el domingo , y el hotel esta ubicado en una zona de boliches o pub donde se escuchaba entre las una y las seis de la mañana todo en la calle y peleas en la esquina del hotel y mi habitacion daba a todas las esquinas. Dormi muy poco por los ruidos. 2..- Se tienen que preocupar un poco mas en conserjeria por el tema de las tarjetas de credito o debito , mas para los argentinos por la situacion que estamos pasando y no podemos andar con pesos o dolares, teniamos las tarjetas para utilizar y a ellos en el hotel continuamente le daban denegadas, salimos de ahi y las tarjetas funcionaron en todos los comercios de Chile!!!

Lo mejor fue la cercania al shopping El Garage del hotel solo tenia capacidad para 4 autos, el resto tiene que dejarlo a dos cuadras en un estacionamiento al aire libre

La atención del personal es sobresaliente. La limpieza es notable. Destaca la gentileza y la preocupación del staff por el bienestar de los pasajeros. La ubicación es perfecta. La comida es exquisita, recomiendo el restorant, así como la amabilidad de los garzones. Me encantó este hotel 200% recomendado.

Sehr freundliches Personal, leider nicht gut im Rechnen. Gutes Frühstücksbuffet. Falschberechnung der Hotelkosten.Die Rückerstattung ist auch nach 7 Wochen noch nicht erfolgt. Also: vor Zahlung, Rechnung checken! In Chile fallen die Hotelsterne wohl vom Himmel. Für deutsche Verhältnisse ein 3-Sterne-Hotel

La Infraestructura , la atención del personal es excelente te hacen sentir muy cómoda en el Hotel a gusto. La ubicación es muy buena, céntrica cerca de todos los principales centros comerciales y plaza y oficinas.

Die Lage des Hotels ist optimal, sehr zentrumsnah. Der Plaza de Armas ist nur einen Straßenblock entfernt, ebenso die Einkaufsmall und verschiedene Restaurants sowie Cafes. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Anfragen werden sehr schnell erledigt. Es gibt ein gutes, im Übernachtungspreis enthaltenes Frühstück sowie kostenloses Wifi. Wir hatten ein Superior-Zimmer, das von der Größe ok und in jedem Fall tiptop sauber war.

Cömodo, central y muy cercano a los centros comerciales. Buena locomoción disponible.Gentileza y preocupación del personal por hacer agradable la estadía. Nada significativo, pues el problema del acceso al hall del hotel estaba en reparaciones. Es entendible la incomodidad circunstancial.

La ubicación es inmejorable, en pleno centro, la limpieza muy buena y el restaurante tiene buenos platos y económicos. Para destacar la atención de su personal, siempre muy amable y cooperador en cualquier requerimiento que le hicimos. La cochera que esta dentro del hotel es muy chica y con un vehiculo grande (Viaje en camioneta) tenía que estacionarlo en una cochera de ellos a 3 cuadras, no es lo mas cómodo, pero si es segura y tenia que pedir el control remoto de la misma cada vez que necesitaba estacionar. Se puede mejorar la iluminación en el baño, es un poco escasa. Tambien mejorar la calefacción, no hacía frio pero en invierno creo que se quedaria corta. Seria bueno ir remodelando de a poco el mismo, su arquitectura esta quedando anticuada, pero no por ello deja de ser funcional.
