The place is awsom, our room has a great view of Villarrica volcano. Beds were very comfortable

Beautiful view and room, and very comfortable bed. Nicest hostel we've ever seen. Very quiet, friendly staff, and great location in a very walkable town.

Wifi did not work in our room. You are required to wear slippers at all times in the house and the slippers provided are very thin, and not large enough for men/tall people.

Comfortable,cozy, and very clean. Friendly, helpful staff. We got a room in the third floor with a great view of the volcano. Nice kitchen, modern and clean. Towels we got first day were simply amazing! They changed them everyday, and we got regular towels the next days.

Las comodidades del hostal para pasar varios días (empezando por la habitación y siguiendo por la cocina super linda y completa en cuanto a electrodomésticos y vajilla, la pileta con reposeras, las mesas y sillones en el jardín, la sala de estar con sillones comodísimos...), la vista al Volcán Villarrica desde la habitación, la cálida atención y la impecable limpieza... Excelente hostal, muy recomendable. Volveríamos...

Todo estuvo muy lindo. Excelente atención, claras normas de convivencia. Buenos servicios: limpieza, piscina, cocina, entre otros. Muy bonita ambientación en lugares comunes y habitaciones. Hermosa vista al Volcán Villarrica.

La falta de cortinas y jabón en nuestra habitación.

Atenção, cordialidade e, de minha janela uma vista para o vulcão Villarica - exatamente como eu havia pedido quando da reserva. A localização é boa, próximo ao centro de Pucón, onde podemos fazer passeios à pé.

A obrigatoriedade em usar sapatilhas, deixando os sapatos no rol de entrada. Penso que a limpeza do lugar também se deve a este fato, mas, não é algo bom de ser efetuado. Diria que é um tanto incômodo para o hospede.

Las intalaciones en general. La habitacion grande.el baño nuevo y limpio. Las vistas desde la hab 6 al volcan hermosas. La atencion del personal en todo momento, en especial Tatiana. Das Nuevo Donde German Hostal ist komplett aus Holz, sehr schoen eingerichtet, alles neu, schoener Garten mit Pool, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, man fuehlt sich wie zu Hause!

Das Hostal ist neu und sehr schoen gestaltet. Es ist alles aus Holz und deshalb denke ich, wenn es Hochsaison ist, koennte es ziemlich hellhoerig sein. Wir waren in der Nebensaison dort und es hatte nicht so viele Gaeste, deshalb kann ich dies nicht wirklich beurteilen. Jedoch ist es sehr gut gelegen, an einer ruhigen Strasse, hat eine tolle Kueche, Garten mit Pool und auch Salon wo TV steht mit Sitzecke. Kann es nur weiter empfehlen.

O Hostel é excelente, muito melhor q muitos hotéis em que me hospedei. Pessoal atencioso, quarto enorme e muito confortável, com vista para o vulcão Villarrica. Localização muito boa, próximo à avenida principal. Fiquei encantada e com certeza recomendo.

Muy buena opción para estar cerca del centro en un lugar cálido, limpio, lindo en general, con una super cocina para prepararse comidas o desayunos. Camas cómodas, cambio de toallas a diairo, calefacción excelente, servcio en general óptimo. Lo recomiendo de todas maneras...

A localização é ótima, as instalações são impecáveis. Tudo de muito bom gosto e bastante confortável. A experiëncia foi incrível.

Los muebles, la decoración, la calidad de la ropa de cama, la amplitud del baño, la vajilla y los utensilios de la cocina,la ubicación.

Nada me disgustó. Simplemente la calefacción estuvo al límite. Las noches que nos tocaron fueron muy frías y el baño no alcanzaba a calefaccionarse.

El lugar, todo nuevo y hermoso. Muchos detalles lindos y cuidados. La decoracion muy buena. La cocina compartida en excelente estado, ordenado todo y cuidado.

El cuarto tenia ciertos detalles que demostraban que el lugar aun no estaba terminado. Por ejemplo faltaban apliques de luz... Si bien es un detalle, creo que tienen que mejorar ese punto. Faltaba tambien jabon y shampoo... Reclamamos pero no llego.

La calidez de sus intalacione y la abuena atención

Me encantó. Buscaré escusas para regresar. Te sientes como en casa, las habitaciones son muy acogedoras y llaman al descanso. La disposición de la casa es genial con espacios amplios que combinan perfectamente con las vistas y el entorno exterior del lugar y el Volcán Villarrica como protagonista. Ciertamente un lugar de encuentro para los amantes de la naturaleza con un elegante toque design y espacios acogedores.

This was the best hotel on our trip to Chile!!! The house is just a dream, it is new and build of wood. The rooms are spacious and sunny. The first floor consists of the main rooms: a living room with wood oven and beautiful sofas, a tv room and a big kitchen with stove and fridge. On the upper floors there are wonderfully decorated bedrooms with private bathrooms and with a gorgeous view of the volcano. The garden has tables, chairs and a pool. Everything was perfectly cleaned, the decoration of the whole house makes you feel at home right away! The location is convenient: beach, restaurants and shops are in the neighbourhood. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Thanks for the wonderful days in Pucon and the New Year's Eve barbecue party!

The Nuevo Donde German Hostal is really more a hotel than a real hostel. The house is really nice, a lot of wood and new. The kitchen is good and offers everything you´ll need, the common area is very comfy with couches and a chimney. So really a place to feel comfortable. The rooms are also very nice. We had two different rooms (the one on the upper floor with sight of the volcano is beautiful, spacious and comfy), both with private bathrooms. Nice, spacious, clean and comfortable. Also the shared bathrooms looked clean. And there was always someone from their staff at the house to ask if you need anything. It is not located in the main street, but though it is quiet and as Pucon is really small, you reach everything you´ll need within 5 minutes walking. We would really recommend it for everyone staying in Pucon!!!

The only minus is, that you need to leave the hostel at 12 (midday). That´s a bit early. And language is a problem, as they only speak Spanish.
