Good location. Close to city center.Clean and comfortable room. "Hot" water in shower was luke warm. Breakfast was simple to put it kindly. Asked desk to supply a bath mat for the bathroom floor, which was extremely slippery after a shower, but am still waiting for it to be supplied.

The price. The window lock was broken allowing anyone on the outside to gain access to the room. Pillowcases were ridiculously small - the pillow was hanging halfway out of the case. We were locked out of the hotel upon returning shortly after midnight during a period when rioters were setting fires in the streets protesting policies from the previous dictatorship - very frightening. Strange guys were hanging around the steps of the hotel. We frantically rang the doorbell for about 30 minutes until someone let us inside. We had previously arranged with the desk clerk to have a cab waiting for us at 05:45am in order to catch an early flight. Amazingly, the cabbie was there on time - but we were now locked inside the hotel! The desk clerk arrived at 07:00 and let us out (including another guy from Japan).

Para el conforto habia tv de tela plana con tv a cabo, aire acondicionado y buena ducha. La ubicación en el centro es muy buena y relativamente cerca del metro (como 10 minutos) El costo de la diaria también es razonable por lo que ofrezce. El servicio de limpieza es malo. No se utiliza aspiradora antes del trapo úmido en el piso; La mantención tambien es mala, no obstante la indicación de separadores de ambiente, en el piso, sueltos ya en el momento de la entrada, nada se hizo hasta mi salida, 15 días después; Em comunicaciones, mi telefono nunca funcionó para hacer llamadas con marcar 9 (mismo para local) y para hablar por la internet (hi fi) tenía que salir de la habitación pués la senal era insuficiente.

La ubicación El desayuno que ofrecen es gurmet y es continental, la persona que atiende en la barra de los desayunos no con una ropa mas apropiada y el mueble en donde estaban las tazas y platillos se veía bastante poco elegante y menos para un hotel

Localização e atenção dos funcionários do front desk - Não há qualquer serviço de carregamento de bagagem; os quartos são barulhentos; há cheiro de fumaça de cigarro no quarto; barulho proveniente de um bar que funciona no mezannino do hotel para não- hóspedes; café da manhã de péssima qualidade; mal cheiro proveniente de esgoto na entrada do hotel.

Os banheiros deixam a desejar, o quarto é bom, agradável! O elevador é precário, usamos muito mais a escada com medo daquilo.... O café da manhã é muito ruim! Só tinha pão, 1 fatia de presunto e queijo por pessoa, e cada um tinha que esquentar seu leite para fazer café no microondas. Só tinha café, pão 1 fatia de presunto e queijo por pessoa e geléia! Café da manhã muito pobre mesmo. Poderia pelo menos ter 1 fruta, e um bolo seco mesmo, mas nem isso tinha! Se mixam por pouca coisa que na verdade vale muito e faz muita diferença para voltarmos lá ou não! A coisa boa do hotel é que o quarto é razoavelmente bom, os banheiros em geral deixam também bastante a desejar. Quem quer bater perna no centro a localização é muito boa!

Poca informazione sui servizi, specie per la colazione che cambia orario dal festivo al feriale... una cosa strana....e comunque non sono stato avvertito e il lunedi ho corso il rischio di non fare colazione!

The building has potential, but is is great need of remodeling and cleaning! Hotel España was awful!!! No toilet paper! No shampoo! Dusty! We couldn't even eat the breakfast that was included because it was so bad and should not be called breakfast.

Fiquei num quarto que parecia quarto de motel, porém o quarto de um casal de amigos era melhorzinho. é economico, no centro, perto de algumas pontos turisticos. Mas não é nada grande coisa. E o banheiro não é dos melhores, mas dá para usufruir tranquilamente. A troca de toalhas e limpeza são boas pro preço que é.
