Good localisation, refreshing if small swimming pool

Staff not always speaking English, problems with pre oredered transfer to airport.

Allowed a late checkout at 3 pm so we could tour the city in the morning and early afternoon, then clean up before leaving at 6 pm for the airport and an overnight flight home.

Great doormen with a smile. The room was spacious and beautiful. Easy to come in and out.

I left some items in my room accidentally. I could not find a website to contact them on, so sent it to their bookings website. I still have not heard any reply and still wondering if I can get my belongings back. I would have called however at reception many of the people had limited English so there would have been no point as they do not understand what I am saying.

Inadequate behaviour of restaurant staff. They had 3 types of menus. They would selectively offer us different menus and had no clue why we could order smth on one day and not order the same thing on the next day. On one evening they served dinner at the pool terrace, but on the next day they said only drinks can be served outside....Although it was more convenient for us to have dinner at out hotel restaurant after coming back from a long hot day, we could not have dinner outside at the pool terrace, so we had to go out again looking for another restaurant...

The staff were excellent and went over and above their duties to accommodate.

Rooms were spacious and well appointed. Excellent bathroom with plenty of vanity space and great shower with hot water. Toiletries provide. OK wi-fi reception. Staff were courteous and helpful. Breakfast could have been better, lacked fresh fruit. This was the dearest hotel we stayed in during our month long trip to South America however we needed a 24hr front desk due to our late hour arrival. Location good, easy walk to Plaza des Armas, plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. A bit pricey but you pay for conveniene in a city like Santiago.

More fresh fruit for breakfast would have been good.

El personal muy amable, no obstante, se me asigno una de las habitaciones más pequeñas 818 y muy escondida para dos personas y esa habitación debería ser infividual.

Deben de invertir en algunas alfombras, griferías y mejorar algunas cosas de mobiliario.

El ambiente en general. La estructura, la cordiadilidad de las personas, sus comidas, su diseño, me he sentido muy confortable.-

A localização é excelente, pois está bem no centro da cidade de Santiago, o que facilita bastante as caminhadas pelo comércio e pontos turísticos.

Localização bem central.

As camareiras fazem muito barulho de manhã na porta do seu quarto, desrespeitando quem está de férias e quer dormir além da 08h.

Localização central. No hotel existe o serviço de passeios para contratação.

O pagamento das diárias teve que ser realizado na chegada do hotel.

The very comfortable bed! I enjoyed the crisp white bed linens very, very much!!!!

The bathroom needs renovation or at least to change the caulking around the bathtub...it was moldy... My husband called and left 2 messages and I was never advised of the messages. Reception staff not very smily.. Internet not very functional....

el hotel es centrico lo cual permite llegar a cualquier punto de la ciudad en forma agil. O bien darse una escapada a los bulevares mas importantes de Santiago Centro o tomar el metro muy cerca

El hotel ya es viejito pero muy limpio

The staff where helpful and the location was central as I had business both within Santiago and outside the city.
