Score from 230 reviews Good
No glasses in the room, no bin in the room.
Comfortable bed / pillows. Good location. Hot / cold breakfast available with a good selection.
Room does not get vacuumed, floor was dirty as were the curtains. No kitchen cutlery provided. Furnishings very outdated. Probably 2.5, possibly 3 stars.
My friends arrived and their triple room was not available anymore.
Location was very good
No enough lithing in the rooms
Location, excellent breakfast, very clean and comforteble bed.
Broken lock in the balcony door (no chance to luck). Not so clean room and bathroom. Poor wifi connection in the room, and definitely not exclusive decoration of the hotel at all. Maximum for this hotel 2,5 stars. Not fair transfer's driver from the hotel. High price for the foreigners plus of course no change back!!!
very comformable, friendly and helpful staff
a bit away from the centre with not much surrounding street life- but OK
Nice room - good wifi reception
Not one staff member spoke proper English. The breakfast was poor. The room service menu was limited. Hot water was not running out the shower, neither was water full stop!
Position, Very Large Room
- Where are the lights in the Hotel? - Bath Room very dark, only 2 light bulbs about 20 Watt - Very Cold, Breakfast and Dinners with Jacket (ok was wintertime but...!)
Good location, free Wi-Fi and free parking. Room was comfortable. Nice view from the rooftop.
The hotel was not very organsied, they were all over the shop. We have booked a room with a Queen bed and when we checked-in they only had rooms with Single bed available, very disappointing. Staff tried to explain to us that was a miscommunication between the hotel and Bookings.com and that there was no other rooms available but I told them that it was not my fault and I needed a room to sleep with my wife. While we were waiting to get it fixed, approx 5 people came to the reception to complain about different things and also asking to change rooms. After a while they came back saying that they would have to clean a room to give us. We had to wait 2hs to get the correct room. Then the receptionist told me that they would give us something complimentary over dinner and told us to go to the main restaurant at around 9pm. When we've got there the restaurant was full and we could not sit for dinner, we had to go somewhere else. Breakfast was very basic, there were many things missing such as bread and fruits. We had to wait around 30min to get the items replaced, and because we had our day already planned it delayed our departure and we were behind our schedule, another disappointment. Overall not very pleasant experience.
There were no towels or soap in the room. When I asked for some only one was sent up. This was later rectified but shouldn't have happened. There were no cups and no coffee making facilities in the room. When we asked for them we were told it was not included. We pointed out in the booking form that they were included. Much later these were sent up. We were told at the tourist information desk that Pablo Neruda's house was open and a taxi was organised. However, when we got there the house was closed. Terrible location with noisy traffic and barking dogs.
The most wonderful views from the pool on the top of the building.
Nice big room
No tea making facilities as advertised, asked for kettle got one eventually, asked for wakeup call didn't get one, asked for airport shuttle, wasn't booked, restaurant slow food cold by time it arrived
Kind receptionist of morning shift. Decent size of rooms. Nice view of Santiago at night from the swimming pool deck. Good location
Warming system of water for shower is not efficient enough for a two persons room. Ended up showering with room temperature water after my partner. As a general term for many so called "eco-friendly" hotels is that they usually mix up ecology with uncleanness. Drapes of the windows were kind of dirty from air-pollution. For the same of similar price Ibis hotel in Santiago has offered me better service.
Staff, the bellboy that was working on our check out was amazing.
We had a small kitchen in our room but no dishes or cup or room service menu
The staff were nice, the room wasn't bad but we have stayed in better.
No hot water for the shower even after about 5 attempts to fix it by the maintenance man. This ruined to whole experience as we felt they did not take it seriously. Could of been an easy fix by giving us another room which was not offered.
Braulio was super helpful and kind, orientating us with interesting info. Christian was also very helpful with providing information and assistance. Both young men provided service with a smile, which was really appreciated.
We were given 2 single beds (we are a young married couple), we waited 2 hrs at the airport for our airport shuttle but no one came and our main shower didn't have hot water. Luckily,Christian ensured we weren't charged for the shuttle pick up which didn't come.
The hotel is very modern, clean. The breakfast is good. I really liked the bar downstairs!
An error happened and instead of half-lux with one big bed we stayed at the room for families with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
Price n value....breakfast...staff v helpful but limited english..
Room had a kitchen..only single beds..no safe and balcony doors did not lock...
Only stayed for 1 night but the hotel was very clean and close to the metro and other public stransport. Would stay here again in a flash!!
Rooftop area had great view Inexpensive
No nearby restaurants. Street noise was horrible. Elevators were very slow. breakfast area too small to accommodate everyone comfortably
I was charged $500 for the room that had been previously paid for and had to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
spacious and comfortable rooms
crowded and over busy reception
1. The staff were very unfriendly. When we arrived at the hotel, there were no customers at the front desk, but we were not greeted immediately by the staff at the front, we had to wait until he finished whatever he was doing before he attended to us. When we called to have mineral water to be delivered to the room, the person who answered the call paused for a second sounded annoyed for us to have 1 bottle of mineral water to be delivered, only then he said 'ok I would have someone to deliver it to your room'. Same thing happened during check- out, we were not greeted while there were 2 staff at the front desk but no customer, we had to walk to one and said we needed to check out NOW as we were rushing to the airport. I will not recommend any one to stay in this hotel.
- Good Breakfast - Good Staff (manly Victor, very helpful guy)
- Bathroom (very tiny) - Air Conditioned out of the bedroom (what makes the bedroom very cold at night) - Not good location (in downtown, not clean place, good to visit the historical center that is also not clean) - very noisy outside
The roof area was nice but lacked care and the mentioned hot tub.
This hotel was not a 4 star hotel as advertised and was extremely expensive for what is provided. Poor quality rooms and furnishings, TV with only 2 channels, a very late check in time, lack of hot water for showers and in the advertised hot tub/spa. Also staff were not helpful and I was bothered twice for cleaning on the day of my check out 1 hour prior to check out.
