Staff really friendly, spoke english as well as spanish, rooms really big and spacious, bed comfort fully adjustable, food great. Pool and spa great as well.

The design, comfort, proximity to the airport

It's not a very nice location, even though it's a 5 to 10 minute taxidriave from the airport.

The pool and shuttle service is great

We had a very bad experience with the food and unfortunately there's not much within walking distance of the hotel.

We found the room very comfortable. Bed sheets, mattress pillows best quality out of all hotels in Sth America. Sound proof. Shower head excellent. Front desk staff member was on his own and handled the situation professionally but it did mean waiting to check in for 10 minutes. It was 9.30 pm.

We stayed only one night at the hotel on our way to Iguazzu falls in Argentina.

The King Suite beds were just magic, each side fully adjustable to suit each persons sleeping style. We slept like babies after a long flight. Restaurant service was tops, Hector was a great waiter. Heated pool was very relaxing.

For our first visit to Santiago my husband and I were so please we choose the Hilton it was so convenitent. There was a shuttle avaulable to take us to the Hotel from the airport and a shuttle service that took us into the main centre of the city and picked us up at the requested time. Food was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The cleaness of the Hotel was very good also. We both praised this Hotel keep it up we are recommending you to all our friends here in New Zealand and you may see us again in the near future. Thank you.

Location near the airport is perfect, not too close, still quite near

Restaurant is not real value for money and offers limited choice. Careful, there is only a petrolstation 500meters down the road, not other shops near!

Delicious lunch from a good menu, served by charming staff. Assistance with the usual pleasantness even when we arrived after 3 a.m. ( owing to plane delay) and when we did not need to depart until 5 p.m. In room tea making facilities, an excellent shower and, particularly, the low brightness lights in the bathroom for night-time calls.

Bottled water for the room was expensive.

Rooms are very large with modern decore. Room facilities include iron,tea/coffee/ice/fridge/hair dryer & much more. 5 minute drive on complimentary shuttles which runs on a schedule 24 hours. Staff speak English & provide good service.

I had a late arrival & no food was available, the snack bar only supplied junk food.

Location at the airport. I stayed there solely because I was in transit. Free Internet, and availability of wired Internet access.

Check-in/Check-out was not efficient. Many guests were trying to check in/check out at the same time but the staffs were not able to handle efficiently, thus waited long.

close to Santiago airport

I have stayed at this hotel several days throughout the last few months and it always delights and surprises! The hotel offers free printing from the comfort of your OWN room, an incredible pool, gym, jacuzzi and sauna area which rivals the best 5 star business hotels anywhere!..They also have a coin operated laundry! The rooms are modern and elegantly appointed, with coffee makers, beautiful baths, flat screen tvs.. and adjustable comfort beds...among other great things! Love it and if you are staying in Santiago for a night or two, and want to be near the airport- this place is the solution! They also offer free, individual elegant taxis to and from the airport at no charge!

the only issue that needs to be improved is the hotel's room service, which always arrives late, cold and ..not interesting cuisine

We chose the Hilton Garden Inn due to proximity to the airport as we were flying out to the following day and wanted a good sleep prior to over 20 hours of travelling. The staff on reception spoke fluent english and checked us in quickly and then had our bags delivered to our room. The beds were very comfortable, bathroom was spacious with a double shower. We ate in the restaurant for evening meal and lunch time and the food was delicious although the wait for our lunch order was a bit excessive. We also used the pool and sauna on the 2nd floor and highly recommend prior to any long flights - very relaxing!

In all we really enjoyed our stay. If I was to give constructive feedback it would be related to the wait for our lunch order. We were seated quickly by a very nice waiter and served our drinks. Our food took approx 40 mins to be served but we were in no major hurry so were happy to wait. The food when it arrived was delicious and HUGE! Also, breakfeast wasn't included in the room rate which was a bit unusual but not a deal breaker. We just slept longer and had Brunch.

A perfectly located hotel for those with early connecting flights. Great service by attentive staff and a very comfortable room, with a big bath. Great for unwinding after a long flight. Highly recommended

For those of you who wish just to sleep overnight between flights, this is one of the best solutions: everything is very perfect, comfortable and luxurious. Transfer is included in and out.

Location to Santiago Airport without the noise, airport shuttle is effective.

The food, worst of any Hilton establishment I have ever stayed at, I walk down to the petrol station 400m down the road so as not to be insulted after the first time I eat there.
