Main thing was it was walking distance to the terminal. Service was good and restaurant too. Quite expensive but I guess you pay for the location.

Location. Very expensive. For the price you would expect a cream/milk sachets in the room (to go with the coffee & sugar). They just don't provide it.

We chose this because we were flying in one day and leaving the next... Perfect location directly across from the terminal. The staff spoke English and helped us when we found our international electric converter did not have the right plug configuration (they have loaners, or you can purchase for $6). We bought it and have used it everywhere. It is a luxury hotel... And the price reflects it. I found a better price room on Holiday Inn's webpage -- it was for a senior discount. Instead of $180 it was $160, but it required pre- payment. When I tried to book it, they were going to add the 19% tax automatically -- which made the price higher than the $180. It pays to know that "extranjeros" don't have to pay the tax! We kept our booking.com reservation.

Very nice and clean and spacious room. Excellent location very very close to terminal for our 6am flight the next day to Punta Arenas. Air Canada lost our son's luggage but found it and left a message at the hotel but we only got it at 4am the next day when we checked out and by this time it was too late to pick up the luggage at the airport. They should have given us the message when they received it the evening before so we would have had time to get his luggage. I called the desk if there was a message as the message light was flashing on the telephone and I was told we had no message. Also the water was shut off from midnight till 4am but they gave us notification.

Location is great! Right across from the airport. Take your bags on the cart and the staff will get them to your room. My room stared directly at construction so I had to keep the blinds closed. There should have been a discount offered for a room that had at least 5 guys there all day!

Hotel staff were unaccommating, food was awful, never explained the additional cost involved in staying in room longer as I had an evening flight, they charged exactly the same amount as if I had been in the room another 24 hours but didnt explain this to me, would never go to chile again and would never do holiday inn anywhere

We had been ravelling for 5 weeks around the world and booked this hotel on line as we arrived about 11pm in Santiago and the hotel was 'close' to the airport. We did not expect the hotel to be anything other than an airport hotel. But we were very happy to find a fantastic luxurious clean room with ensuite. The bed was the best I had eVER slept in and the choice of ppillows was amazing. We had a full dinner at the restaurant at midnight- best lamb chops and risotto we had eaten since leaving Australia. The hotel is located directly opposite the exit door from the airport- this should be promoted better on its website. It is absolutely soundproof- could not hear a thing from the planes overnight. Refridgerated air con. This Hotel stay was way to short. I would drecommend this hotel to anyone looking for any length of stay!

Proximity to the airport - 1 minute walk; rooms were spacious, very clean, and quiet. The hotel had limited information available about Santiago or Chile, There were too few staff on the front desk. Despite being a Gold Club member, they did not provide any priority as they were supposed to do.

Idéal location - virtually 50m from airport No luggage storage offered to guests, unheard of in a hotel of this standard, especially an airport hotel! They direct you to the airport storage facilities that cost a fortune, they could at least have a bargain rate; food at restaurant is dull and overpriced

Great hotel if you need a quick overnight sleep at the airport. Price is worth it - cost of getting to and from the city to the airport makes up for the difference compared to downtown accommodation. Rooms spacious, clean, staff welcoming and efficient, overall atmosphere quite nice. Especially like the interior design.

Its right across the street from the airport so the location is brilliant if you;re in transit as I was with an early morning flight. Saves you about USD$40 each in taxis to Santiago centro As the only hotel in the airport they take you for a ride. No minibar in the room - 1st time I've seen this in a large, chain hotel. So of course its rather cheeky when they add a service delivery charge to a request for refreshments.Wifi extremely slow as well, not great for business users. I would only stay there again if you need an early flight - otherwise better services and facilities and prices in Santiago.

Excellent location, right next to airport Tried to charge me a higher rate in USD than was specified in the email from booking.com. They subsequently asked for an amount in Chilean Pesos which seemed to be using an extremely unfavourable exchange rate. I questioned the staff on this. They acknowledged this was the case, and allowed me to pay in USD on my credit card.

It is a short walk to the airport so when you have an early flight to catch it is well worth spending the extra bit.
