Holiday Inn Santiago Airport    

L'albergo è vicinissimo agli arrivi e partenze, dunque comodissimo. nonostante il rumore degli aerei in partenza o arrivo in camera non si sente nulla. La camera è molto ampia e ben arredata con ogni comodità.

La mancanza di segnalazioni per avvicinarsi il più possibile all'albergo quando si arriva in auto.

Ideale per un volo con orario disagevole. La colazione, la camera ampia.

Essendo un hotel aeroportuale è, ovviamente, lontano dal centro città. E' consigliabile a chi è automunito, o deve soggiornare nei pressi dell'aeroporto.

Ottimo soggiorno tra uno spostamento e l'altro per chi visita il cile . Tutto cio' che ti serve e' a tua facile disposizione .

Staff gentilissimo, ottima posizione per chi è di passaggio a Santiago, ottima struttura.

Found the hotel to be in an excellent location for travellers that have to stay overnight/or day stops. Rooms are clean and tidy, wifi good,breakfast good in fact all good. Staff really helpful. Hotel is hop step and jump from international airport, would recommend.

Location was perfect if what you want is to rest/sleep between flights. Room was lovely and very soundproof -- important at the airport.

Breakfast is not included -- the only hotel we stayed at in South America!

The building was newly built, there is a strong smell within the whole building and room. The wall between rooms could not forbid the voice, I can hear very clearly the sound of tv and the snoring of the man from the room next to mine.

The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the dining room staff very very good.

Promise on wfi not meet luckily a few of the computers in the business centre worked even if the printers didn'T. Management very slack in this regard as it would seem new wfi connections could easily be established and the printers networked. Unlike other hotels like this senior management was noticeable by its absense. Compared to other Airport hotels we have used such as at Heathrow and Sinapore this hotel rates very poorly. Strangely most major hotels provide access to doctors ..... not the case here you are on your own in this regard.

Service was great. Breakfast was very good.

However more effort needs to be put into the coffee at breakfast. Chile does not get the best coffe but as an international hotel it should have been better. Also the pool was not open so I could swim before breakfast. We also had a coffee machine in the room but no kettle. There was no milk, sugar for the coffee and the cups were paper cups, all this meant we could not have coffee in the room.

Each time I tried to connect to the internet (with laptop, cell phone, kindle) I got multiple warnings that their security certificate had expired. This is not what I would expect of a big multinational chain. Very Worrying in days of closing and cyber security concerns. Also, had jet lag, wanted a snack at 4 pm was told no Room Service until after 5:30 pm, at the same time, saw many employees idling by reception area, what is the problem? My snack required no cooking skills! Cant they have at least a limited offering? In hotel room, no thin white curtains to let in sun but block out curious onlookers, my room faced directly the airport entrance and every time I changed I had to go to the bathroom or completely close the black out curtains. Highly recommend they add thin light colored curtains to let in sunlight but keep out curious stares

Clean, modern hotel with comfortable beds and good service.

Location at Santiago airport right at the terminal [50m walk from door to door]. We stayed on 3 separate occasions when arriving late in the evening and departing next morning. Sound insulation kept out aircraft noise pretty well.

Rather anonymous 'international' hotel cut off from the real world.

The fact that it took a number of tries to get our room open when we were trying to leave for our flight. There was some problem with the lock that no one was able to open it. No key or machine worked on even the second try ! ! ! It was not a fun twenty odd minutes ! ! ! ! !

Late arrival so the restaurant and bar were closed - but there was no late night room service or mini bar.

This is absolutely perfect for a quick arrival or departure for the Santiago airport. We arrived late one afternoon and left early the next morning. You can walk across the street from the airport! No cab fare, no hassle. Perfectly acceptable accommodations and dining. Great staff.

This hotel is all there is out there except for the airport. So you would only stay here for the convenience of location.
