I was in so many hostels and this is my worse experience. Bed sheets were dirty, there were hairs from previous clients. There was only one bathroom for 6 rooms and when the hot water was over we waited more than an hour was heated again. But the worst thing was the cold, in fact at night manager switches the heating off and the whole hostel gets very cold. Moreover it is far from the center city. I recommend you avoid this place

the staff was very friendly and offered great advice on where to go on excursions the hostel is located a little bit far from the centre of town, where the tour operators are

The staff are all wonderful. It is a family run place and they go out of their way to help you. Not really a hostel. It is a B&B.

Gostamos da limpeza, inclusive do banheiro, tambem do bom tratamento que recebemos da familia que gerencia o negocio. Sao muito amaveis e educados. Nos sentimos em casa. O cafe da manha tambem e muito gostoso.

La amabilidad de sus dueños que te hacen sentir como en tu casa. La habitacion, sin lujos, es muy confortable. Como es habitual en los hospedajes del sur chileno la calefacción es infaltable Para un viajero sin vehiculo el residencial está un poco alejado de la zona de la Bahia. Pero se llega sin inconvenientes a la zona centrica.Y El barrio es tranquilo y seguro

Das Hostal Arkya wird von einer unglaublich liebenswerten Familie geführt, die sich für ihre Gäste ins Zeug legen. Sie holen einen vom Busbahnhof ab bzw. bringen einen wieder weg, sie assistieren bei Tour- und Exkursionsbuchungen und waren immer freundlich. Schon bei der Buchung bekam ich eine persönliche Begrüßungsemail, in der Hilfe bei der Planung der Reise angeboten wurde. 100% Weiterempfehlung! Man läuft ca. 10-15 Minuten vom Stadtzentrum zum Hostal, was nach einem Tag im Nationalpark allerdings auch keinen großen Unterschied mehr macht! :-)
