Everything was fine. If you're looking for affordable accommodation with reliable wifi, helpful staff and fair breakfast, that's the place. It's just rough and ready. Great value!

I knew in advance I chose a room with shared bathroom, so I'll stay there in an ensuite on the next time to avoid further inconvenience. It's annoying to go to the bathroom late night and have to dress up accordingly. One last thing: sometimes you might hear conversation from your "neighbours" and their loud TV sets on as well as whenever the other guests slam the door and walk through the narrow corridor. Other than that, I recommend this hotel.

This hostel was GREAT, the breakfast is awesome, the reception and atmosphere is great. I stayed here 2 times, once arriving to Puerto Montt and again when I was leaving, I was upgraded to a double bed on my second visit which was great, and the owner is an extremely friendly man that takes pride in his business. The location is a little out from the main hussle and bussle, but I preferred to be up the hill instead of always in the crowds. It was a nice contrast. If I ever to make my way back to Puerto Montt I would stay here for sure, and have already recommended everyone I know that will pass through.

Really friendly staff and very organised place. Location was about 20 min walk from town centre which I liked, nice quiet. Though you can catch one of the collectivo taxi (yellow ones) that take a few minutes to drop in you down about under $1

Staff was very nice, spoke good English, and the place was very cozy. Helped us arrange early morning taxis to the bus terminal, with printing, and were flexible with payments (currencies). Heaters were provided to each room, and there was a fire place in the dining room. Breakfast was carefully prepared, fulfilling. Rooms were comfortable.

Location was rather far from the city center. It was possible to walk down hill to the city center (takes about 20 mins), but walking back up would be rather challenging. We usually took a taxi, which costs about 3000 pesos one way.
