Comfortable, clean, and relaxing place to stay. The owners are quick to help and offer advice about visiting the area. Would return again to this aparthotel. It it not in the center, but if you don't mind a long walk or paying about 500 pesos, then this is the place to stay.

Puerto Montt is not exactly the best town in Chile to visit but provides a central location to explore the southern Lake District. This place is like an oasis in what is a poor looking area and town with excellent new accommodation with very friendly owners. It also has secure parking and easily within walking distance to shopping etc.

Very good hotel and good value for money. The hotel is clean & new. Plenty of space with kitchen facility . Both living room & bed room has tv for guest. The boss is so kind to us and drived us to the ferry terminal. Also, he help us to book the day tour to lake district and fix all details.

Parfait rien a dire, on est arrivé à 1h du matin, il nous attendait. "Maisonnette" en duplex tout équipé en parfaite état situé dans un quartier populaire à 2 pas du marche artisanal (en partant à droite)

Petit appartement tout neuf avec cuisine, salon, chambre, sdb et très bien tenu. Sa propreté est un diamant dans une ville portuaire. Le propriétaire vous aide au maximum Inévitable à Puerto Montt, le bruit de la chaussée.

Me ha gustado la atencion personalizada, la ubicacion cerca del centro, la comodidad básica para la estadía y además la posibilidad de traslado desde y hasta el aeropuerto y el poder arrendar un vehiculo en el mismo lugar teniendo estacionamiento seguro. Todo ello sumado a la tranquilidad del barrio. Excelente. Para recomendarlo y volver.

Os proprietários são extremamente simpáticos e atenciosos. O custo benefício também é excelente. O banheiro é um pouco pequeno. Para compensar seria ideal se tivesse prateleiras para servir como apoio de escovas, pastas de dente etc.

O Propriet'ario foi muito atencioso e quando quizemos trocar de hotel ele ate nos ajudou. Nos levando em seu proprio carro no hotel em Puerto Varas. A localizacao, faltam apoios para colocar as malas e abrir.

Das Aparat Hotel Croacia ist sehr schoen gestaltet. Liegt an einer ruhigen Ecke von Puerto Montt, was sehr zuvorkommend ist. Der Besitzer ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Mann kann selber kochen und es ist sauber und neu. Was uns nicht gefallen hat, ist Puerto Montt selber. Ist nicht eine schoene Stadt, jedoch hat es bei uns auch sehr stark geregnet. Koennte an dem gelegen haben. Ist sicher gut gelegen fuer Ausfluege. Jedoch ist Puerto Varas schoener und auch gut gelegen fuer Ausfluege.
