Huge triple room. Private parking was available off-street. Pretty easy to find off of a major road.

Seemed like an older building. With the high winds, we listened to the walls & roof creaking most of the night. Checked in late & the person at reception was friendly but not very helpful at giving information about the city & were to go.

First of all, I am really thankful for the relentless support on the part of Marta, manager of the hotel, who really made me everything and especially the necessary arrangements I needed prior to my arrival and during my stay. On behalf of myself, she deserves a standing ovation My room was cleaned on a daily basis and was really confortable. Despite the fact that I stayed at the ground floor, the location was quiet enough and I had a great time during my stay. Marta also helped me book several tours in the surroundings, including the wonderful Torres del Paine Park at eleventh hour. Not an easy task, however, she made it properly! Breakfast was also awesome and delicious. Finallly, they offer free wifi which failed sometimes, but it is not an issue, because their hospitality. Besides, it was repaired in no time, whenever I took notice of this problem. To sum up, I will be beack and stay there once more. Highly recommended accommodation!

Neigborhood looks a bit suspicious but is okay. Not so centrally located, if you want to go downtown you need to drive or take bus/ cab.

Staff only speaks Spanish which can get hard if your own Spanish isn't that good. The price for the laundry service is far to expensiv. The room was on the cold side as the heating was not turned on or out of service.

The rooms were comfortable, the breakfast was good and the staff were friendly (though they don't speak English). Overall a very good experience here.

It's a little bit out of town; about a 10-15 minute walk to the main part of town. As long as it's not pouring rain, or extremely windy, this is not a problem.

My first impression when I walked in is that this is a well managed hostal. Room was clean. Staff are very friendly. When I over-slept and missed breakfast on check out. The staff brought me to kitchen and provided me coffee and some foods to make up. That's very kind and considerate. The only concern for some visitors may be its location being a little bit away from city center. However, it is still in a walkable distance. Or if you take a 'collector' (taxi with a numbered sign board on the top of vehicle), the fare is only 350 peso (less than one dollar).

I'd be happy to stay here again. Efficiently run with helpful staff. Good-sized bed and spacious bathroom with plenty of hot water. Clean. Safe parking. Close to the cemetery (well worth a visit).

Might be a little too far out of town if you don't have a car. Little street noise but thin walls so we heard more of our neighbours than I would have chosen.

The staff were really helpful even though we did not speak Spanish. Also the use of the kitchen was a bonus
