This is a family run business at its best. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the on-site kitchen is fantastic and the quality of the food is 5-star. Best of all is the vicinity. You fall asleep to the sound of the river and wake up to the view of the volcano. That I only stayed 3 night.

Very comfortable lodgings in a well maintained yard with fresh fruit and vegetables from the garden each day. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The best value of all our stays while in Chile!

Para quem gosta de natureza perto de uma cidade e outras inúmeras atrações ao redor este é um excelente lugar para se hospedar. Uma comida italiana imperdível a noite. Uma senhora chilena que auxilia a familia italiana proprietaria do local é magnífica. Gostariamos de poder levá-la como governanta de nossa casa no Brasil. Nos sentimos maravilhosamente bem no lugar.

Die Bungalows sind sehr gut ausgeststtet und neu. Wunderschöne Umgebung. Gutes Essen im italienischen Restaurant. Hundekot von den Hunden des Eigentümers. Relativ schwierig zu finden.

Utmärkt italiensk mat med lokalprodu-cerade grönsaker till. Läget vid vattenfall och med utsikt över vulkan. Absolut behov av hyrbil eftersom andra transporter saknas, vilket i sig är positivt, understryker närheten till naturen.

Nos fuimos 5 días...y con mi hijo la pasamos muy bien, la comida exquisita, la atención cálida, familiar, muy amables todos y todas. La vista desde las habitaciones es preciosa, el salto de agua es un complemento a la arquitectura del hotel. Y las áreas verdes que rodean el Hotel hace que el descanso sea completo. Todo Un error mio, no me fije que mi habitación no incluía tv.

El lugar es bellísimo, la atención inmejorable y la comida exquisita... el hotel está en medio de un paisaje muy bello, con una cascada que puede observarse desde el restaurant...un lugar para escaparse de la rutina y disfrutar!!

Vista espetacular, lugar particularmente bem servido de recursos naturais. A comida servida é ótima, embora não seja variada. Quarto limpo e confortável. Difícil de encontrar, nossa referencia era o Cristo na beira da estrada. Depois segue por uma estradinha de terra que dá acesso ao hotel.

The place is idyllic, you feel as if you were inside a postcard. Distant from city center, and a little hard to find, but worth the effort ! Excelente restaurant, they grow their own veggies, herbs, chicken/eggs. Really nice people. In the future, the bathroom could use some improvement...and I missed a little cheese at breakfast.
