Really liked the comfortable couches downstairs and the pisco sours upon check-in. Breakfast was good, and staff was very helpful. Room and bathroom was somewhat cramped and walls are a bit thin. I slept we'll anyway.

A Localização é bem próxima à praça central. O Hotel é simples, mas limpo. O café da manhã é muito ruim. Não conta com estacionamento.

Exelente lugar, en una ubicacion privilegiada a pokas cudras de la plaza, la gente es muy amable y hospitalarios. Ricos desayunos y cuando sales del hotel antes del horario de desay no para realizar un toru, ellos te preparan una colacion para llevar. El lugar es muy bonito y muy acogedor, sumandole la amabilidad y preocupacion de la gente que esta ahi. Si llegas sin tener tour preparados, la misma gente del htel se preocupa de buscarte y hacerte reservaciones ya que todos los tour dentro de la ciudad mantienen el mismo precio y son parecidos en servicio.

Aquaterra esta muy bien ubicado, las instalaciones son sencillas pero nuevas, muy limpias y confortables, con un toque de relajación, estuvimos muy comodos. Además, nos ayudaron a planificar nuestros recorridos y nos propusieron lugares interesantes que no estan en las guías.

El trato del personal excelente, la Sra. Irene nos preparaba el desayuno temprano y muy bueno y en una ocacion nos dio lunch para el tour de montaña. Todo es nuevo, las habitaciones, la ropa de cama, las toallas todavia con la etiquetas de nuevas. Todos superlimpio. Lo recomiendo ampliamente. No hubo nada negativo, todo fue positivo.

Localização. a) Quarto muito pequeno; b) Café da manhã fraco; c) Internet lenta ( não funciona no quarto ) Obs: Não foi possível pagar a fatura com meu cartão de crédito, visto que, segundo a recepcionista, a máquina estava com defeito e com isso tive que dar um geito em pagar com dinheiro.
