The room temperatue was no adjustable - it was hot, despite the wintertime stay. The daily internet Wi Fi charge, and parking garage charge, was excessive as 24 and 20 lollars a day respectively. It is not charged at other equally nice hotels in Santiago. Use of the gym was 8 dollars a day...excessive - should be included.

Atencion en el servicio de desayuno Caro para el nivel de servicio. Hotel tiene apariencia de ser muy viejo y no estar bien mantenido. Paredes rasgadas y sucios, alfombras muy viejas y desgastadas. Un velador estaba sin lampara y nadie lo arreglo en dias. Un bandeja de room service tirada en el pasillo durante dos dias.

La cordialidad de la totalidad del prsonal. Nos han hecho sentir muy bien, muy bien atendidos y realmente confortables. En especial quiero hacer una mensión al Concerge de la nueva torre (no recuerdo el nombre) una persona totalmente dispuesta y con animos de solucionar todos los problemas. Si se me permite una sugerencia, las máquinas del gimnasio estan un poco fuera de modelo. En las habitaciones no se podía regular bien la temperatura (Hab. 1034)

Me gustó el hotel. Buena la atención del personal. Limpio. Cómodo. Elegante. Las habitaciones confortables y limpias. Tiene una piscina temperada agradable, un poco descuidado su entorno, pero de todas maneras está bien. Buenos restorantes, con variada carta y precios razonables. Excelente el desayuno variado y abundante. La ubicación excelente, cerca de todo, puedes salir caminando y a unas cuadras encuentras muchos restorantes excelentes y variados. Excelente conectividad con todo. Lo recomiendo. Si, creo que el estacionamiento (que está concesionado) es muy caro, bastante más que los 20 dolares que anuncian. No recomendable ir en vehículo.

O hotel é muito lindo, com funcionários muito atenciosos e prestativos. Fica localizado em um bairro muito bonito e moderno de Santiago, pertinho do Shoppingl Costaneira Norte. Possui três restaurantes, dos quais destaco o italiano pasta e basta, com ótima comida e um design lindíssimo. O café da manhã é muito simples, com pouca variedade de comida.

En general lo que me gusto del hotel fueron principalmente la atencion del personal y la pieza No me gusto el cobro por el estacionamiento, si soy pasajero del hotel, este debe proveer de estacionamiento a sus clientes, es el unico donde me ha pasado esto, ni el Sheraton, Hyatt Kenedy y otros nunca me han cobrado y tampoco el cobro por internet. lo segundo es que a las 16:30 pedimos un par de cafes y despues salimos y llegamos a las 2AM y la bandeja seguia en la pieza, la cama no estaba abierta ni nada,

O quarto é muito confortável. No valor da diária, que não é pequeno, deveria estar incluida a internet e o café da manhã. E o quarto não estava limpo, estava cheio de cabelo.

El personal es excelente, tiene restaurantes muy buenos, y las instalaciones en general son modernas y bien decoradas. Fueron muy atentos a mi llegada en hora temprana en la mañana, facilitando las duchas del gimnasio mientras alistaban la habitación. La Habitación en que me quede, de la torre CLUB ( torre ejecutivay la mas nueva), huele a humedad y a cañeria, muy desagradable y es muy oscura. Le falta luz natural . y Luz para trabajar en ambiente bien iluminado. El olor a cañeria es algo ya conocido por el Hotel, pero no se a podido solucionar segun me explican.. Esto para una habitación de mas de 300 dolares la noche no es aceptable. La obra al lado del hotel, hace dificil que las personas que lo recogen a uno lleguen mas es una situación Temporal que debe estar solucionada pronto.
