Score from 335 reviews Very good 8.1/10
the breakfast options offered; though the setting was not very appropriate; the tables were too close to one another and you had to bend down to get cups, plates and glasses. There was no manager available to keep tables clean and ready fo the next customer
No options or information for calls received or messages; did not provide list of room service options, lunch or dinner. cubicle type of lobby reception area; room too dark - not enough room light; no city information about points of interest or maps
Where it was located.
The hotel staff was not gracious. They were not welcoming. They called several times in the morning and hangup. The checkout was terrible. They made me wait for someone to look at the room to see if everything was there. Making me feel like I was a thief. The room service was very low. They didn't have a full bar. And the didn't know it! For the same price I could have gone to a much better hotel. Hot so well located. But with a good service. Worse of all the towels had holes !!!
Large comfortable room, great location, outstanding breakfast included in room rate. Helpful English speaking reception staff although don't rely on them for international bus terminal directions. Wifi was handy but having to keep logging in bit annoying. Overall great start to girls holiday. Boragò best restaurant in Santiago!
Large comfortable room and very quiet in spite of being in such a busy location. Liked the location as you can walk to good restaurants, stores, etc etc. Stayed with you two years ago and will recommend your hotel to our local travel agent in anchorage, Alaska. The English speaking girl at , the desk was very helpful.
Can't think of a thing.
Only the location, the hotel is poor.
Fake luxury - very sloppy service, not too clean, very expensive for what you get (it would be much better to stay at Radisson for that price, for that is a genuinely well-earned 4-star-hotel).
Impossible to obtain at a reasonable price an early check-in or a late check-out
The hotel in general terms is quite comfortable although a bit tired and in need of some maintenance. The location is very handy. The staff is ok but perhaps needing a bit of training in public relations. I had to wait a couple of minutes for the proter to finish a private phone call before I could ask him about my stored luggage.
The pictures in the web site are deceiving. The hotel is definitely not 4 stars, may be 3. The linen should have been replaced years ago. White towels are so old they look dirty grey (not much terry left in the cloth). They could increase the rates by 1 dollar per night and in no time they would have the money to buy new towels!! The was no porter available on our arrival and I had to get the trolley to get our luggage from a taxi parked in the middle of a very busy street traffic and a concert of blearing horns. The service at breakfast was so so, the staff takes too long to clear used tables, every day we had to set up our own table, hot milk was always cold and half of the toaster (which wasn’t really a toaster but a warmer) didn’t work, people giving up on toasting bread.
Restaurant is poor. food is bad. Reception is terrible. There was problem with the heating which was not solved. It is true that they have TV, but you will need a magnifying glass to see it.
Staff was courteous and helpful for the most part. Room was very clean and quite at most times. Breakfast was good enough. Room service/dinner food was excellent.
Bed was a bit uncomfortable. Heat/air was a not very fresh.
