Large spacious rooms with a nice seating area and ample hanging and storage space. The included breakfast was good. The staff spoke little english and they were not able to offer much help. If your Spanish is limited it is difficult to get travel information.

They were rispid at the checkout and tried to charge us for a kid who slept in the same queen bed with a sister. There were three queen beds in the room!!! Although I was there during 3 days, they never told us about their intention. And I repeat: they were rude and ironic.

The location was quite good, next to good restaurants and places to shop, although a little noisy. The staff is mostly friendly, but quite poorly prepared. They were not able to help us in renting bicycles (we find out by ourselves that there is a public service one block away, and 2 tourist information centers 2 or 3 blocks away where we could get the info we needed, all by ourselves). Wireless internet does not work properly (signal was weak, at least inside our room). One evening we had to wait more than 2 hours for clean towels. When we asked for places to change money, the staff indicated an office 3 blocks away when there are at least 3 other places just one block away.

The luxury twin room was roomy with good beds and opened onto a courtyard which was good for our 2 year old. The breakfast was very good. Disorganised when we arrived and took a long time to sort out which room we were in. And then put us in the wrong place and we had to then change rooms. Gym and pool facilities were very average.

It's a nice Hotel, with a very good location, close to a metro station, markets, cafes, restaurants and in a very good and beautiful neighborhood. The breakfast has good options, and fresh juices. It's worth the price and benefits.

I was skeptic about this hotel because of the comments I read in this site, but it surprised me. The room was really good, comfort, clean, the staff were helpful and the location is perfect.

The room that I was first given was awful. The mattress was very old and totally broken, the room was dirty and right by Pedro de Valdivia Street with no adequate windows. A very bad experience.

A/C worked really well. Good service. In the breakfast, there are few hot options. The scrambled eggs were underdone as was the bacon.

It is clean and my room was spacious Staff doesn't really speak English (just very basic) so if you need anything you have to be able to communicate in spanish. It is a little pricey for what it offers.

Mainly location. Breakfast is reasonable for the Chilean standards (no fresh fruits and tasteless coffee). They charge 2000 cp (us$ 4,00) for a small bottle of mineral water, which can be purchased by us$ 1,00 in the street markets. In addition, they charged items I have not consumed in the mini-bar.

The worst. For my work, I travel 50% of my time. - Rooms and furniture: dirty and old - Toilet was not flushing - Badroom was tiny and no first warm water - when finally the water was warm, it was so hot I burned - Breakfast: better go to the Starbucks across the street. - Staff was RUDE - In the end, they accused me for stealing a 50 cent chocolate My recommendation: Never go there

Nothing Awful awful awful hotel. Shabby rundown old room with a terrible bathroom. The shower keeps alternating between cold and hot withing seconds. Unfriendly staff, way overpriced, in the usa this would be a 2 star hotel. What a ripoff!
