Great location in Providencia with underground parking.

Overall service was very poor, staff need training in customer service and how to smile. Breakfast is average, there is no bar in the hotel, wifi coverage seems to only cover the reception area with any strength. Avoid a room at the front of the hotel above reception and even facing the street, they are very noisy. Ask for a room towards the back of the hotel. Whilst there are safes in the rooms, they require a key & lock, if you lose them you face a $100 fine.

Location of the Hotel is the only positive point that I can say about the Hotel.

Everything in the Hotel is very old and broken. The hotel did not have restaurant for lunch or dinner. No one could speak English. The Staffs were sometimes just ignoring the customers. The Rates were way too high for what you get.

The location was great and for the price the rooms were spacious and clean. The internet access was excellent (and free), breakfast was good and the staff were helpful and friendly.

For the first few night we were in a romm at the front of the hotel overlooking the main street. The traffic and street noise (packs of feral dogs fighting and barking in the early hours) was very instruisive. So much so that we got very little sleep until was swapped rooms and were relocated to back of the hotel.

The young concierge that helps you with your bags is charming and helpful and should be employed at a better hotel so his efforts would be better appreciated.

I would simply recommend you stay somewhere else, the first room I was offered looked into reception and the car park so obviously they also looked into the room! Three rooms later and I had to settle for a smoking room. Very expsensive and the word chic must be dropped from the description.

Location is superb, near excellent restaurants etc. Walking distance to metreos and sculpture park etc. Camila at the reception is excellent and helpful and speaks excellent English.

Some beds are small and too old with matresses that are bowed, other rooms (308) are excellent with good large bed -- a suite that is spacious and clean. Some rooms are noisy especially those near the lobby. Complain about the room and they will change it. Breakfast is okay, sometimes the staff needs reminding to heat up eggs etc by adding sterno cans.

Staff doesn't really speak English (just very basic) so if you need anything you have to be able to communicate in spanish. It is a little pricey for what it offers.

The morning breakfast, included in the room price, had little selection and was not well prepared.

The worst. For my work, I travel 50% of my time. - Rooms and furniture: dirty and old - Toilet was not flushing - Badroom was tiny and no first warm water - when finally the water was warm, it was so hot I burned - Breakfast: better go to the Starbucks across the street. - Staff was RUDE - In the end, they accused me for stealing a 50 cent chocolate My recommendation: Never go there
