Location was good for downtown tourism. Delapidated interiors - our room on top floor was directly beside the airconditioning plant etc - noisy!! |

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage um Stadtbesichtigungen vorzunehmen.Recht nahe zur nächsten Metrostation und im Umfeld befinden sich einige kleinere Restaurants, sofern man das Restaurant im Hotel selbst nicht vorzieht. Der Pool ist sehr klein und eher als "Spucknapf" zu bezeichnen |

A minha amiga Dioney Brito fez a reserva utilizando o site. Me pediu que também fizesse a avaliação. O hotel é bem localizado, o café da manhã é ótimo e vem regado com música clássica. O quarto é amplo, bem arejado, tem uma ante-sala e limpo. |

i taxi dell'Hotel fermi davanti all'albergo e sempre disponibili purtroppo è alquanto modesto rispetto alle caratteristiche pubblicizzate.Avevo prenotato una suite King Room.....forse bisogna ridimensionare i vocaboli.Il servizio poi è veramente modesto.Ideale per gruppi senza tante pretese |

A localização do Hotel é ótima. O Bairro Providência é central, próximo a todos os destinos de Santiago. O atendimento pelos funcionários foi impecável, tanto na Portaria quanto pelas camareiras. O Room Service deixa a desejar. Opções muito limitadas de pratos no cardápio e preços desproporcionais. |

Freundliches Personal, insbesondere Reception. Bar und Restaurant mit abstrichen. Top Service seitens des Taxiunternehmen welches mit dem Hotel kooperiert. Sauberkeit, Sauna, Fitnessraum und Massage bedürfen einer Verbesserung (alt, nicht zeitgemäß) |
