Very friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfeast, free wifi.

Overall hood hotel, excellent value. Breakfast was better than average for a solid 4 star hotel

Pool was being refurbished and gym was small and not well equipped, but the hotel is near good running track.

-We liked that the room was big and had two separate areas.

-The pool was closed the whole time we stayed there. -Although the menu stated there was 24 room service, this was not true. -There was one LCD and another old style tv. Although the LCD did not have HD, its more comfortable because it makes less noise and looks better.

Found it to be a quiet place,. Answer to question 5, is maybe. Depends on what you are looking for.

Because I don't speak native language, I didn't feel comfortable venturing very far from the hotel. And never at night.

Spacious room though ceiling needed attention. Good bed, nice linen and good lighting for reading in bed ... quiet and effective air conditioner

conditioner needed .Another foot or so depth to the bathroom would be good as you open the door and if someone there hot them. One of the bedside lamps only went on when the other was on...if that side turned theirs off the other side went off too...not good. Would love tea making facilities in the room. Better lighting over the sofa for reading would be good.

1) Smell of cigerett smoke in the evenings from adjacent room. 2) Room could be cleaner, floor fealt sticky. Carpet requires cleaning urgently!

The hotel is well located but a bit far from center, it's a good option because is very near from subway. You can walk to the bela vista neiborhood and enjoy a lot of bars.

some rooms have bathrooms a bit old. The restaurant is very expensive for the quality proposed. Avoid the restaurant for dinner or lunch and go to Bellavista lively quarter which is just 10-15min min walk from the hotel.

Excellent location, superb breakfast and amazing views from high floor rooms. Good hotel at decent prices.

Having to pay 15 us$ for each hour prior to 14.00 which was the check-in scheduled time.

Da atenção dada pelos funcionários, a limpeza do quarto e da roupa de cama e o café da manhã que é muito bom(variado e bem apresentado). A localização do hotel é muito boa para deslocamentos a pé e de transporte público.

Usamos o telefone do hotel para realizar uma chamada de aproximadamente 4 minutos e o custo foi de 50 dólares, é inaceitável. O quarto é legal, básico, mas o banheiro com os rejuntes sujos.

-Café-da-manhã, embora não varie muito de dia para dia, só tem produtos de ótima qualidade; -Funcionários educados em todo hotel, especialmente no café-da-manhã; Quarto grande, com sala de estar, closet e banheiro, e confortável. -Localizado em Providência, uma região charmosa e silenciosa. Dá para ir à boêmia Bellavista a pé, ou pagar menos de 5 reais em um taxi. -Wi fi grátis e relativamente rápida.

-As amenities de banho são de má qualidade e só tem xampu, condicionador de cabelo e mini sabonetes. -No check out, tinha na minha conta produtos que não consumi. Embora tenham sido prontamente retirados quando contestei, é sempre algo chato de se lidar.

Excelente localização, bom custo benefico, acomodações espaçosas, farto café da manhã, bom atendimento. Fizemos uma lista dos restaurantes que gostariamos de conhecer e o hotel realizou todas as nossas reservas. Existe um serviço de taxi muito pratico no hotel, inclusive que você pode solicitar pick up no aeroporto. Eles tambem oferecem todas as informações a respeito de passeios turisticos da cidade. Recomendamos o hotel a todos com certeza!!!
