it was very convenient for visiting our daughter in Santiago. We were able to walk to the center of town for meals and it was convenient to the Metro. The rooms are very small. If you are out touring during the day it is fine, but if you thought you wanted to spend any time lounging in your room you might get chlostrophobic. The rooms seem to either face the street, which is very busy or the back which over looks the kitchen courtyard which can also be noisy..ask for a quiet room!!

It is the most lovely hotel I have ever been. It has been created thinking a cozy atmosphere from the outside look until the rooms. Its staff is extremely kind and ready to help with any particular need. It is a professional famIily runned hotel boutique, charming, confortable and cozy.

Gostei muito da recepção, muito atencioso o Sr. Victor Hugo que deu ótimas dicas. O pagamento foi feito em dólar no preço ajustado e contratado pelo booking. Não gostei do quarto que fiquei que tinha a janela muito próxima da rua, mas tinha janela antirruído o que minimizou o desconforto do barulho.

El trato y la buena disposición del personal. En el propio Hotel se encuentra un pequeño restaurante cuya relación calidad precio en la comida es más que aceptable. El mantenimiento de las habitaciones es muy pobre. El desayuno es repetitivo y con muy poca variedad. Hubo un corte de agua programada y no nos informaron en el Hotel con los problemas que implica.

Hotel ubicado en una zona tranquila. Buen trato por parte del recepcionista. Baño moderno. En Santiago había un corte general de agua. Llamé el mismo día de mi llegada para confirmar si había agua en el hotel, advirtiendo que viajaba con un niño, y un empleado me dijo que sí. Al llegar me indicaron que no había agua y nos dieron dos bidones. Vergonzoso.

Personeel was vriendelijk. Hotel was schoon en er was air-conditioning. Sommige personeelsleden waren waren duidelijk onervaren en het engels was ook matig. Ontbijt was erg beperkt en als je iets later ontbijt heeft de "enige" ober nog niks opgeruimd en ook zeker geen tijd voor je. Kamers zeer klein.

Gostei bastante do atendimento, localizacao, disponibilidade e da equipe principalmente. Danilo eh um diferencial como frontdesk. Sempre tenta conversar e aprender portugues. As mesinhas da calcada sao otimas tambem. Não houve nada que não tenha me agradado. Talvez no maximo uma ausencia de uma mesinha no quarto, embora o espaco seja diminuto. Se bem que isso eh compensado pelas mesas frente para a calcada do restaurante.

niente rapporto qualità prezzo! Prenotato "junior suite" per una camera assolutamente standard, rumorosa, con finestra sulla strada, costo di 150 USD/notte Assolutamente troppo Per una tazza di te, atteso più di mezz'ora nonostante i solleciti. E poi alla fine hanno portato un'altra bibita. Forte l'impressione che facessero apposta. Albergo da non raccomandare io sicuramente nè ci torno nè lo consiglio
