The front staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and well maintained. The restaurant staff was very slow. I felt ignored several times. Just eat outside the hotel and you won't have to worry about this. Also, they were doing construction during our stay. It was very loud and distracting. They should have had a disclaimer when booking their hotel stating this inconvenience.

It is next to the citycenter wich is helpful to get around and find. The room is quite big and very confortable as well. The restaurant staff was very smart and friend. The water in the shower wasn't warm enough and also there was a drain obstraction. I advice the staff in the front desk but it wasn't solve. Most of employees in the front desk were quite unfriendly. Coffee is just plain.

Staff in general very polite. Breakfast big but poor. The shower is opened and then after you take a bath you may have an accident slippering in the floor. Besides, everything becomes wet in the bathroom. A real mess.

Very well located in the heart of city centre. King size bed and comfort. Food in hotel not so good and expensive for the meal. Staff pretty slow and more interested to raise cash than getting interest to people.

Good central location, clean, very good breakfast: scrambled eggs, muesli, yoghurt, fresh fruits,... Good and comfortable beds, helpful service from the room maids Reception could be staffed with more people, it was often very crowded.

facilities are excellent. We stayed in a superior room with high quality furnishings. The location was superb and it's the best hotel I have had for the price in over 20 years of visiting Santiago. The staff were not welcoming or friendly and reluctant to provide extra towel!

Helpful and friendly staff, great location in the city. I probably would have killed someone if I knew it would have resulted in Air Conditioning (we were there on one of the hotest days).

Breakfasts were very good, they had even fresh strawberries. In reality it is 3 stars hotel, it is written so in it, there is a mistake in booking.com. Anyway while the rooms were like in 3-stars hotel, breakfasts were like in 4-stars hotel.

Location - No complimentary bottled water - No door for the bathroom's shower recess and, as a result the bathroom's floor gets flooded from the water from the shower. - The breakfast was poor and the only hot dish was a salty scrambled eggs. Not impressed!

Personally I liked the business style of that hotel - it's quick and ready, clean, with the basic facilities, services and a restaurant available in time. quite a good sleep, also central location. Friends complained of a working truck in the street; also a 24h-working staff has no absolutely command of English

Room facilities, especially the bathroom and the tv with many channels. The food in the restaurant was also very good. The hotel's location is great, you feel you are part of the city's life. Excellent staff courtesy and helpful attitude. Poor room decor. Unattractive lobby.

Truth is, I would stay here again if I needed too, but it is NOT a 4 star hotel! I would stay if I planned to stay there. It was nice but not what I wanted for my holiday It was advertised as a 4 star.. It is NOT a 4 star. No gym, no pool, no bathtub. Also it is not convenient for restaurants, though its good if your focus is on museums and such.

The location, but not good at night, there's nothing nearby. Nothing much to say about this hotel, there is nothing special about it. Not a place to feel cosy. Breakfast is complete, but the restauramt is too dark and ugly. It is clean and staff are polite, but not warm. The restaurant closes too early at 10:30, but they say you have to order 20 minutes before that, we got there at 10:15 and the kitchen was closed, all they had was soup and some chicken and meat. The soup was argh.. The water takes too long to heat. We would stay for almost 15 minutes waiting for it to reach the right temperature. One thing I didnt like was that we asked for a triple room with three separate beds. When I booked I sent a message to the hotel informing how we wanted the room, but when we checked in they gave us a room with a double bed and a single one. They fixed it, but what a fuss! That seems to be the problem at all hotels in Chile. If you are travelling in threes it mst be Mum, Dad and child!

It is very central, one block from La Moneda and an easy metro ride to the shops and restaurants of La Providencia. The room was large and well-appointed. The hotel was clean; the staff was very helpful; the breakfast was substantial; and the price was extremely good. It seems to cater to groups, so you may be disturbed at 4 a.m. by a collection of tourists who have just arrived and are loudly discussing their room allocation and other issues.
