Rooftop restaurant with great view, food and drinks. Always an outstanding service.

We arrived at 9am in the morning and we were able to have an available room. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We had dinner at their restaurant and food was excellent. The included breakfast was also excellent with a great variety. I would certainly return to this hotel.

Our second stay in two weeks. Due to an itinerary change we found ourselves back in Santiago so decided to book in with El Bosque again as our first experience was great. The staff welcomed us back warmly and once again we had a very pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend.

Nothing really ... I mentioned the shower over the bathtub last time .. might be an issue for some. It is more in the business district but the subway (clean, safe and easy to use) is a short walk from the hotel ... so no big issue.

Tasty furnished and very big room. Beautiful and spacious reception hall. Very helpful staff. Superb location.

Maybe we didn't had luck, but the hotel was very noisy, cleaning service the whole afternoon in the room above us (we had room 304), noises at night, and again cleaning service at 7am, To me, not even close to a 5-stars hotel and I obviously never go back there !

Blinking light from fire alarm is directly above the bed. Very difficult to sleep when all lights are off and two blinking lights are flashing

The hotel was on a great location.Beautiful views from the top floor. The hotel was clean and modern.

Breakfast was good the first two mornings (eggs, orange juice, etc.; however, the third morning the scrambled eggs tasted and smelled rotten. Also, instead of the regular O.J. of the previous days, they served some watery orangeade. The persons in charge of tours were not very helpful.

Niiicee hotel!! The staff is really cool, which is the one thing that always sticks to your mind long after you have departed. Two instances of staff help: a. We were staying at this hotel at 2 different points on our trip of South America. We asked to leave our bags forr a week at the hotel after our first stay and they were glad to do it. b. We wanted to do a specific tour in Santiago. We realized at 7:30PM and the tour was from 9PM. The concierge worked with me (because I don't speak Spanish) for at least half an hour arranging a taxi to pick me up and taking me to the remote location to join the tour and also requesting the tour guide to give us a free drop back to the hotel (since no taxis would be available to come back from there at night). Superb! The breakfast is really good, so is the nice heated swimming pool. The spa was good too, although only one masseur. Good gym, good facilities, comfortable room with a hot tub (Executive Suite I believe). Recommended hotel!

The location of Los Condes is far from everything: the city center and the main tourist attractions, Bellavista & Providencia (the main nightlife and shopping areas), etc. Perhaps it's good for business travelers? Not sure.

I liked everything,the staff exremely kind and helpful,the suit was very large and comfortable,especially beds mmm gorgeous,you can sleep all day and night,the hotel totally was very clean,five nights passed like a beautiful dream,thank you very much.

The only thing that I didn't like,we asked to call a taxi from the reception,the hotel's taxi was made double charged to Espacio Riesco,then,we found taxies from the streets,they were half price than hotel's taxi,the fly is little but it makes you sick.

Location is perfect. Hotel is nice, staff very friendly.

Selection of breakfast is poor, more vegetables and fish would be an advantage. Gym located in a basement with poor ventilation
