För det priset får man mycket hotel! Bästa läget i centrum av Santiago. Fina stora rum. Alla vänliga och service kunniga. Åker gärna tillbaka och bor på detta hotel.

Detta hotel tar emot många gäster så det kan bli lite för lång väntan vid receptionen.

WiFi fungerade inte, som utlovats. Detta var det viktigaste vid val av hotell. Dålig service. Saltad barnota. mm mm

Den gamla engelska stilen,storleken på rummen.Mysigt. Otroligt vänlig och service minded hotel manager.Bra.

The bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great!

Not sure how hotels get star ratings but this place would het a 3 only because it has elevators! Stayed b/c it was rated a 5. Only fast food around the hotel so you are forced to eat there. Did not seem safe for 2 women to walk out at night. I would not stay there ever again.

Hotel is so old, tired decoration and in need of renovation. Even front desk didn't look like a reception.

I came to run the Santiago Marathon and found it's location to the start ideal I liked the gym which I used in preparation for the event. The breakfasts were most enjoyable and had the variety which allowed me a large choice again with the marathon in mind.

I could receive my emails but was unable to send emails I asked for an outgoing SMTP and over two days your IT were unable to assist. they told me to get in conntact with my service provider I explained that I had already done so and they had told me I had to get an "Outgoing SMTP" I gave up on getting the information and made other arrangements for sending my important emails

Breakfast was great,sauna and swimming pool. Good location

The shower in the room was not working properly, and the air conditioning was extremely cold in the evening and stopped working overnight...

Very nice decor, great breakfast with huge variety. Quiet, very well appointed, spacious rooms with a big bathroom. Overall very good price for a 5 star hotel.

Towels too thin. Check in staff need to remember the film Pretty Woman. You can't tell if people are wealthy by their appearances. All people should be treated the same. A smile and welcome would be nice as well.

Hotel Plaza San Francisco location is a must for a first time in Santiago, the staff is very polite and helpfull.

The hotel is very centrally located, close to all tourists attractions, and to public transportation or taxis. We found that it was easy to walk than to take the public transportation. The breakfast was excellent, the staff very friendly and helpful.

The hotel had arranged for taxi to pick my friend and I at the airport upon our arrival at 1.00am, the taxi did not show up, also to take my travel group from Santiago to Valparaiso, we waited about 20 or so minutes when they finally showed, the driver said he was early, apparently not late, he was given the incorrect time by either the hotel or the taxi co.Before I arrival the hotel and the taxi co were well aware of our arrival and departure times, all documented by e-mails. I arranged the pick up at the ariport for safety reasons since we were two ladies arriving so late, we ended up getting another taxi and feeling uncorfortable until we arrived at the hotel.

The staff was friendly and helpfull especially the front desk. The hotel is within easy walking distance to all the major attractions in the Central area. The hotel was quite and comfortable, very relaxing.

Everything. This is a fabulous hotel with a delightful old-world feel about it and decor resembling one of the better clubs.

Internet connection was very slow, but maybe it was just that day.

Location to sites in old city. Close to subway. Very good breakfast included.

Extreme overcharge for 1 local phone call of 6 minutes cost U.S.$12! Check in and out procedure not at front desk, but like talking to banker at a desk--not friendly and overly formal.

We liked the interior and the comfort of the hotel in general. In the lobby there was always personell ready for your attendance.

Arr12:30am expecting shuttle. No shuttle, called hotel no. For 20 min. Finally got an answer, night desk clerk, abrupt, "no shuttle transfer take a CAB" Arr. 3:30Am, tired and angry. Bk. With bking.com expecting shuttle run 24/7...sent htl our arr time... Etc. never did any one mention no shuttle!!!

The location in Central Santiago is perfect for exploring the city on foot as there are museums and historical sites nearby. Shopping very close by also. I will stay here every time I visit Santiago. The staff goes above and beyond in their helpfulness. Also convenient to take the Red Bus City tour.

I have nothing negative to say.

The venue of the hotel was perfect for me. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room was very spacious but it did not, unfortunately, have double-glazed windows, hence I didn't sleep a great deal during my two-night stay there. The breakfast could have been better.
