Amazing sea view from each room

The towels were frayed and thin not what is expected from a 4 star! Had to wait half hr for man to fix hot water so we could shower! Wifi did not work! Would never recommend

We got very cold and formal attitude towards us in this hotel. We had to stay in this hotel only one night and our room rate was 209$. During chek in a front desk girl bloked 400$ without telling us about this transaction (Before we stayed in so many hotels and maximum deposit was 100$). As a rule in good hotels a front desk manager tell you a deposit sum and the way of deposit cash or from credit card. In our case we thought to deposit cash. By the way 10 days is gone but we still did not resive back our deposit sum to our credit card account. Wifi did not work in our room. When we usked to change our room for a room with wifi we got refusal. Breakfast was very poor. Location is ok if you have a car but it is quite far away from Vinia del Mar or Valparaiso if you don't have. As mockery but the motto of this hotel is: 100% of satisfaction for our guests.

Location is unbeatable. Decor is fantastic Beakfast is excellent Bed is so comfortable...

El spa es muy bueno. El resto y las piletas son muy buenas. El diseño del hotel es muy bueno.

El gym es muy básico, solo una cinta y dos bicis, muy chiquito, ni me dio ganas de ir. No tenia adaptadores para aparatos electricos argentinos.

Very expensive for relatively poor service provision. Web site is highly misleading notably the wireless internet does work in the rooms. I had work to do while there which was rendered not possible by this problem. The hotel markup is extortionate and so far out of step with the surrounding services that staff were embarressed to give costs for things. Web site promotes the beach and surf neither of which are of the standard expected for this price. Cost of airport transfers ($170) has to be the most expensive anywhere in the world. This experience has put me off using the Radisson ever again.

The internet did not work. It is impossible for a hotel of this cathegory to have no wifi! This is a deal braker that makes impossible to return to the hotel

I do like the hotel desing, the favolus location of the rooms and very nice view. The spa/relatations part were excellent and the staff friendly. The pool looks very nice but I haven´t the chance to tried it do maintenances. I don´t know if I going to recomende it to my friends, but I could only chosee yes and not. I am missing "Maybe" in question 1 and 3

Very, very poor cleanliness of the room. There were old and rotten food in the fridge the refrigerator. The room smell very bad. It was obviosly lack of cleaning. The gym consist of a small room and 3 machines and looks like no one were interrest on. Lack of charm, machines , musik and tv. Not a place to exercise. I kan not understand it, when the hotel offres such alovely spa/relatation areas.bv

La vista desde las habitaciones. El servicio del restaurante Acqua, la atención en el spa. La piscina de agua de mar. El servicio de desayuno. El late checkout son recargo.

Hotel muy acogedor, de agradable diseño, excelente vista y ubicación privilegiada junto al mar. Muy buenos servicios, buen restaurant, y muy buena relación precio-calidad.

Excelente atención. Lugar y estadía de ensueños. Simplemente inolvidable.

El servicio de internet se corta en cada espacio dentro del hotel por lo que hay que estar permanentemente conectandose

La ubicacion frente al mar y la excelente vista desde la habitacion

La piscina no estaba funcionando, no tuvimos luz de 11 a 14 hrs. El personal de botones muy desatento. Baño inconpleto y con poca y mala ventilación Me salió mas caro que lo indicaba mi reserva.

La atención fue buena, al igual que el desayuno incluido y el coctel de bienvenida. Es un excelente sitio para relajarse y estar en pareja.

Aparentemente hubo inconevnientes tanto con la psicina , que no pudimos usar como con el suministro de agua caliente. Para tomar una ducha habia que espera alrededor de 15 min que empezara a salir el agua tibia. La piscina estaba dañada y solo se nos informó al llegar.

La vista que tenía muy buena.

Lamentablemente fueron varias cosas: - El SPA no estaba operativo sin aviso previo. - Necesité agua caliente y no funcionó en ese momento, luego nos llegó con un atraso de 30 minutos un aviso de corte de agua. - Quise utilizar el jacuzzi y no tenía tapón, y el agua salía turbia y costó que calentara. - El "Gimnasio" de máquina solo tenía 2 bicicletas estáticas. Lamentablemente los servicios ofresidos dejan mucho que desear, y sin aviso, dado que llamé para confirmar la reserva y no se me informó de estos problemas.

La ubicación y la vista del hotel

Las habitaciones las encontré muy frias en su decoración, hubiera preferido algo que tuviera más que ver con cosas naturales, demasiado plástico. La atención en el restaurant muy deficiente, poca gente y mal atendido. El desayuno malo, los mismos manteles de la noche, se ve sucio y también mal atendido. Lo que había para comer tampoco era bueno, la palta era un sucedáneo en vez de poner palta natural, no habían platos para servirse, no ofrecían café..., muy muy malo!

la habitación no contaba con aire acondicionado, siendo que tiene orientación poniente lo cual se hacia muy calurosa.
