Radisson Plaza Santiago Hotel    

Near good restaurants, shopping costanera center, metro and concierge service (all tours made on the hotel with turistik).

Great helpful staff, we have stayed here before and the service has always been excellent. Breakfast was very good.

Small bathrooms, not a good value for the room price. Very confusing to have breakfast included in the bill yet get a bill for 9000 pesos per person.

Could not believe how quiet the Bar area was when I stayed no social feel from the hotel. Price of Evian water in the room ( How can you justify this price?) Santiago is a beautiful area with great sunshine and I though you would have had a sun bathing area maybe conver the Helipad :-)

The staff at the hotel were excellent. Most were very friendly, said hello and did everything they could to help. Concierge were very helpful and assisted us with all manner of things. The room and bathroom was a great size. The complimentary pisco sour was a nice touch. Great breakfast buffet, very fresh, plenty of choice.

There was a problem with our checkout with a few things charged to our room that weren't ours. This delayed our departure and wasn't the standard of service we had received all week. On some mornings the breakfast room was chaotic and disorganised - occasionally had to sit on a table with a dirty table cloth which again wasn't up to the standard of service we were paying for.

Bath Tub was with a problem. Noice from outside (cars). Windows dont block the noice properly.

When we arrived on one of the double beds there was a single sheet which did not cover the mattrasse properly and threre was a used coffee bag in the coffee machine. Howevr, on request the sheet was changed promotly. Right above my bed there was a smoke alarm with not one, but two flashing lights. This woke me up several times and was really disturbing. I am sure that the designer of this devices never had to sleep under one. At breakfast I noticed that the table clothes were not changed each time new guests arrived to a table. There were staines on the cloth at our table. This is a small thing, but makes the difference in experience. At check out we were charged a higher rate than indicated on our initial booking form. This was rectified on request.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The concierge was especially knowledgeable and courteous. He made suggestions that improved the quality of our vacation.

Some of the room plumbing, sink faucets and toilets, for example, weren't the best. Everything worked, however.

Everything. I cannot believe the fantastic hospitality of this hotel. Best we have had anywhere in South America and Europe! Breakfast was wonderful and staff could not be faulted at any level. Would not stay anywhere else in Santiago de Chile. Hated to leave.

I was unable to attend with group but the group reported to me they received excellent concierge services from David, transports from the ship to hotel and airport, directions to sites and excursions and great overall experience. They would strongly recommend The hotel to others. Comments were from Ms. Greta Russell group coordinator.

Everything! Excellent and friendly staff from the manager on down. They go out of their war to help in anything you might need. The hotel Is clean and modern.

Service could be better, nobody helps with your luggage when you arrive, you do not even know if arrived at the right place. Furniture is old and dirty, the hotel needs a complete revitalization.

Nice location at the finanacial district close to Metro and large shopping Mall but away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. Clean, comfortable, great price and have the best pesco sour.

Thee line for check out was a little long but they did try to get us out as fast as the could

Concierge service was pretty good.

We were very disappointed with the overall quality of the hotel; after reading the reviews we expected much more. Spa and pool are in desperate need of refurbishment as are the bedrooms. Staff are ok, especially concierge. Staff in the spa are quite rude though and it's definitely not relaxing in there. They ran a fitness class in the very small pool when we went up there at the end of s long day and turned the music up so loud we had to leave. Not great value for money although the location is quite good.

Excellent helpful and friendly staff and great food in the hotel restaurant at reasonable prices. Excellent included breakfast.Good location in the newer part of town. Good shopping near by, and access to the underground just three blocks away. You can also get the city hop-on hop-off bus around the corner about 2 blocks away, although because of the traffic congestion in the downtown area, this bus can be a bit frustrating. You can see most of the buildings in the downtown area by reasonably easy walking.

The bathrooms could do with updating.
