El hotel se encuentra muy bien decorado. La atención del personal es muy buena. Las instalaciones del hotel son nuevas y funcionan muy bien. Existen convenios para de restaurante para solicitar alimentación.

Suite excelente, grande, confortável, com decoração moderna e de bom gosto. Café da manhã Buffe, também muito bom.Equipe atenciosa e simpática. Relação custo benefício adequada. Localização central, próximo as atrações urbanas de Temuco. Não se trata de um problema do hotel, contudo vale alertar que os arredores não tem vida noturna, pelas 20h ou 21h o comércio está todo fechado, o centro fica deserto, nada convidativo a passeios pelas ruas, de noite, o melhor a fazer é ir para o quarto, tomar um banho quentinho e relaxar.

La ubicación es central en Temuco y de facíl acseso. 1.- Lamentablemente se estaban realizando faenas de contrucción en la misma edificación y durante el día con ruido permante. En esas condiciones dificil de disfrutar, al contrario habia que salir luego del Hotel. Debe existir un medio sobre el cual se pueda avisar al pasajero que se expone a este medio, pues finalmente afecta al pasajero y queda una mala imagen del lugar. 2,. Circuntancia, más de 2 hrs. sin caldera, sin agua caliente, sin explicación, uno debio llamar para saber que paso.
