The helping nature of the staff Cleanliness Location Lighting in the rooms was not sufficient for written work and language limitationm aprt from this the Jacuzi in the room was very small.

If you like to stay at the downtown, it's a good hotel. The only places near the hotel are Plaza de Armas and the Central Market. La Moneda metro station is in front of the hotel. The cleaning service is awful. The staff is not good, they don't speak English and they can't help you with any touristic information. Breakfast is poor.

The room has confortable and has a very air conditioned which keeps the people warm. The bathroom is horrible. The shower head is too close to the wall making all difficult. There is bath-tub which is so small that I can't undestand why it is there. The breakfest is very bad. The cutlery is always missing, there is no plate for putting bread and other stuffs. It is the worst breaskfest I have ever had

Preço compativel com hoteis de mesma categoria, Localização bem interessante, no mesmo quarteirão do metro, acesso a supermercados famárcia entre diversos outros serviços no sub terraneo do hotel (complexo empresarial)

Ubicacion del hotel y amplitud de la habitacion. Varias cosas : al check in, nuestra habitaciòn estaba sobrevendida, nos llevaron a otro edificio con una habitaciòn en nada equipada a lo pactado, la piscina de hotel clausurada ( el personal amable pero no estaba notificado ) el baño de la habitaciòn, si bien amplio y limpio, completamente infuncional, super incòmodo para asearse y bañarse.Dos ascensores para 25 pisos y dos fuera de servicio....Decididamente no volverìa jamàs a ese hotel.

O café da manha é ótimo, tem o necessário pAra um café da manha. Localizacao é boa... Da para fazer muitas coisas a pé ou de metro ( que fica quase na frente ), funcionários muito atenciosos e ótimo acomodação.

Muy buena ubicación, cercano a todo. El sector de ducha muy pequeño. Además al momento de llegar no tenían claro la disponibilidad de habitaciones (nos paseamos durante largo tiempo por 4 habitaciones hasta encontrar una que este limpia y en condiciones de uso).

localização excelente. Perto do centro cultural da cidade e de muitas lojas e bancos e casas de câmbio mais vantajosas para o real e dólar. O preço foi outro atrativo pelos serviços que são oferecidos. Quarto confortável com cozinha, sala, ar condicionado (split) banheiro com banheira e água quente. Bom serviço de quarto e café da manhã razoável. Cama maravilhosa e vista deslumbrante do quarto duplo com cama de casal.

Cómoda, la atención muy buena, sobre todo del muchacho delgado, más joven de la recepción. El tipo del taxi con el que tiene convenio el hotel me cobró 18.000 pesos al aeropuerto, lo que consideré un robo. Y el contacto lo hacen del hotel, me cobró la mitad del pasaje en avión a Concepción. Fijarse bien en los convenios o manejar tarifas preestablecidas para poder optar a otra opción menos sinvergüenza. Ni siquiera me dió boleto porque no hizo andar el taximetro. David Provoste.

O hotel é muito bem localizado, no centro da cidade. Perto de Estacao de metro, supermercado e farmacia. O apartamento muito bom, limpo, arejado. Cafe da manha poderia ser melhor.
