RQ Santiago Suites  

The room has confortable and has a very air conditioned which keeps the people warm.

The bathroom is horrible. The shower head is too close to the wall making all difficult. There is bath-tub which is so small that I can't undestand why it is there. The breakfest is very bad. The cutlery is always missing, there is no plate for putting bread and other stuffs. It is the worst breaskfest I have ever had

The room was large, clean and well-maintained. The location of the hotel was good for exploring the city environs.

The breakfast was weak - food was not always fresh and it lacked variety.

the suites were in good condition and it is useful to have a kitchen for evenings in, and the location is good for santiago.

the room was a little tired in places, the floor was damaged and there is no laundry facility in the hotel.

The location of the hotel is great! Really close to downtown and subway. In some rooms it is possible to get an amazing view of the city. The breakfast is just ok. I would recommend buy some breads from the market (Santa Isabel) just below the hotel.

I had some problems in the first room they give to us because it was really small. After some minutes and patient we got a better room.The bathroom is quite tight, specially for men. The air conditioner is in a bad location, just above our heads. If you are travelling by car, the parking lot is not in the same street as the hotel. Actually the hotel is located in a business center with high buildings not so quite to find just passing by the street.

I really enjoyed my stay at RQ Santiago Suites. The room has beautiful views of Santiago. Customer service and attention to detail were excellent. I am recommending this hotel to friends and family.

So far, I liked everything

Lo mejor es la ubicación. A una cuadra de la esetación de subte Moneda A dos cuadras del Palacio de Gobierno. A cinco cuadras de la calles peatonales del centro de Santiago.

La habitación contratada era con dos camas y cocina. La habitación asignada fue más grande con tres camas y cocina pero lamentablemente no pude permanecer en ella por el ruido proveniente de las torres de enfriamiento del edificio de oficinas ubicado enfrente del hotel. Me asignaron una nueva habitación con dos camas pero sin cocina y no me ajustaron la tarifa a pesar de que reclamé en dos oportunidades. Probablemente todas las habitaciones que dan al frente tengan el mismo problema de ruido.

Serviços e a hospitalidade dos funcionários, aliás, o povo chileno é nota 10.

O melhor é a localização do hotel, a opção de cozinha e estar em cima de um grande supermercado.

O serviço do hotel é um ponto fraco. No café da manhã a oferta de alimentos é boa, mas o espaço é muito pequeno (bufê congestionado). Tivemos até que aguardar uma mesa por mais de 15 minutos porque o espaço fica lotado. Após um determinado grupo terminar o café, os funcionários não limpam ou demoram para limpar as mesas para outras pessoas usarem. Então o espaço fica sujo. Caso o hóspede tenha passeios com horário marcado, melhor tomar café bem cedo. Outra questão é que o hotel fica num prédio projetado para escritório. Até o 18o andar são escritórios. Acima, ficam os quartos e os hóspedes têm que dividir os elevadores com todos os usuários do prédio. Por fim, achei o cúmulo quando, à noite, pedimos mais um cobertor ao funcionário da recepção e ele disse que apenas poderia pegá-lo só no dia seguinte, pois nenhuma funcionária da limpeza, as quais são responsáveis pela roupa de cama, trabalham no período noturno. Enfim, em matéria de servilço o hotel é muito ruim!!! Faltam mais funcionários e também treinar melhor os atuais.
