Well designed outdoor area. Staff was helpful with information. Not all reception staff willing speaks English. No WiFi from room. Swimming pool not available.

airconditioning was broken safe in room broken lock on door broke and desk clerk had to climb in thru window,Bathroom had rust around the tub and was grubby behind the bathroom door, Power was out and couldnt pay by card had to go to town and get cash...

The room was very nice, the bed very comfortable. The TV was LCD and had cable. The hotel was quite nice, and we could use wireless from the room. The staff made a mistake and overcharged me. They said they couldn't refund the money and instead gave me credit to use at their very expensive bar. Location wasn't too nice.

Friendly staff, clean rooms with all necesary commodities in a good location. When I did the booking online I reserved a room for 22.000 chilean pesos and when I arrived there they charged me 29.000.

La disposición de su gente. La tranquilidad de las habitaciones interiores. La cercanía de las plantas del jardín y su contraste con el blanco del edificio. Alegre. La falta de la cocina o de lo mínimo que la sustituya, para cuando se llega cansada, sin querer salir a última hora, tener la posibilidad de tomar un consomé y comer un sandwich

la atencion del personal es buena...muy limpio...agradable el ambiente y linda infraestructura... no hay aire acondicionado en las habitaciones,el ventilador no es suficiente.....no posee frigobar....el desayuno poco variado .el pan . ,,quesos y frutas iguales todos los dias---

Solo la ubicación, esta en centro antiguo de la ciudad la atención regular, las habitaciones deficientes, camas incomodas, servicio de desayuno muy pobre, su valor no guarda relación con lo que ofrecen, se muestra como hotel tres estrellas, pero no lo es, mas parece un hostal de baja calidad.

La habitación en general es confortable. La piscina es muy agradable y se puede usar a toda hora. El servicio es muy eficiente y la ubicación es céntrica y cercana al morro. En la habitación el baño no tiene ventilación. El desayuno aunque es buffet es muy pobre y si se acaba algo no lo rellenan. Las mucamas sólo trabajan hasta el mediodía. La televisión es pequeña y antigua, con mala señal en ciertos canales.

La piscina La atencion del personal mal ,solicite algun rent a car que trabajaran que me pudieran dar y la respuesta fue no tenemos los telefonos. Wi fi nunca logre conectarme. El aire acondicionado no funcionaba y al abrir la ventana entraba el humo de cigarro de las personas que fumaban en la terraza. El ruido de un motor que sonaba toda la noche que era imposible dormir mi guagua durmio mal todos los duas

Bunena ubicación Instalaciones muy viejas y desarregladas, Ventanas y puertas sin sellos acusticos se escucha todo de todas partes, cama incomoda, colchon viejo y desgastado, el costo del alojamiento no compensa nada de lo anterior, es caro para lo que es.

En realidad no estuve mucho tiempo en el hotel, fui a conocer Arica y no conocer el Hotel, El precio que dice Booking no es real,,, la gente del Hotel tenía otro cambio de dólar y cobro iva, lo que encareció la estadía.

Les chambres sont confortables. La situation en centre ville est pratique. Le personnel est sympatique. Le patio avec la piscine sont un plus pour la détente. Le petit déjeuner est un peu chiche. La musique d'ambiance permanente même le soir.

La ubicacion del hotel. La estructura es muy antigua, y cuando las mucamas hacian aseo en horas de la mañana, con el ruido que hacian era impòsible seguir durmiendo.
