A beautiful hotel with a friendly staff. Breakfast included granola and eggs! Comfortable bed, good shower, spacious rooms.

The Seminario Hotel was great! The guys were always kindly and helpful with us, giving us very good advices on where to go and how. They also organized a tour, including very nice places (Osorno volcano, Petrohue, Frutillar, Puerto Varas, etc) which was perfect!! We also had very comfortable bikes they prepared for us! Last but not least, breakfast was fantastic!!! I fully recommend this hotel and I'm looking forward to come back!!!!!

Felt secure. Reasonably close to walk into town, but taxi required to bus and ferry terminals if carrying luggage. Reasonable breakfast. Good arrangements for leaving luggage for post checkout departures. No tea making facilities in room. Top floor rooms have little space and headroom. No lift and tricky stairs.

Nice room with tons of natural light and decent view of the city. Would have been a good value for around $70 instead of the $110 that I payed. Breakfast was way overhyped.

An upscale house turned to a hotel in a nice quite neighbourhood. Very clean. Very comfortable bed. Good breakfast. A balcony provides mountain view. A little bit difficult to find the hotel. Easiest way is to get on the short street called Luis Ross. Follows the main road curved uphill for about 100 meter. First house on the right side.

It had a very comfortable bed and was very clean Spacious room. Good pisco sour and breakfast...even fruit! Only drawback was barking dogs in the night and low ceiling in shower. Walk down hill to center manageable

La ubicación bien, la habitación enorme y limpia, el desayuno acceptable. En general es un buen hotel de 3 estrella. A veces la calefacción no da suficiente calor para la habitación.

Confortable, buena atención ,decoración de estilo y buen gusto. faltaba iluminación en el baño costó llegar por la falta de señalización adecuada en la ciudad.

Der Whirlpool - benötigt aber 8 Stunden bis er warm ist - also vorher Bescheid geben. Obwohl die Heizung die ganze Nacht voll aufgedreht war hatten wir morgens nur 17 Grad im Zimmer. Beim Frühstück wars noch kälter. Das Hotel wirkt teils schon etwas abgewohnt.

O hotel é super aconchegante, toalhas são ótimas, grandes e muito felpudas, o quarto super aconchegante, não esperem instalações novas, mas um local muito gostoso pra ficar, eu voltaria, sem pestanejar para esse hotel.

A relação custo benefício é excelente para quem usará o hotel apenas para dormir e tomar banho. É limpíssimo, recebem super bem são extremamente gentis, adorei!!! Um pouco fora de mão do centro. Mas dá pra ir caminhando.
