Surterra Apart Hotel

Physical space was excellent. Spacious, clean, comfortable room with lots of natural light. Beds were quite comfortable and kitchen/fridge were nice. Stored bags for us while we were sightseeing for the entire day of checkout. Overall a good value for the price

Staff was mixed. We were trying to arranged a day trip and the guy at the front desk was completely disinterested and unhelpful. However, other staff was okay, somewhat helpful. Location is not far from the city center but is also not close to anything - sites, transportation, restaurants or supermarkets. If had to do over would have stayed in Puerto Varas rather than Puerto Montt

Clean and spacious

This is a very nice apartment hotel with full cooking facilities, separate living room and bedroom, all decorated very nicely. There is a large supermarket just a couple blocks away with a huge selection of food products, clothes, etc. a good computer was provided just off the small lobby. Quiet area. The old port area is about the only thing of interest in this city, and there were good restaurants there, plus inexpensive boat rides around a near-by island.

There was only one restaurant located within easy walking distance, but no problem if you do your own cooking. Not much in the way of sightseeing in Puerto Montt, but Puerto Varas and other more interesting places are within 25 km.

This is a very positive hotel and worth the money, spacious and well located, there is a kitchen facilities and a supermarket nearby, so you can really enjoy almost everything.

Close to shopping mall and transport

No laundry facilities, the hotel should provide a laundry facility.

Perfect Room and Price

Really clean and modern designed apartment hotel. Fully equipped kitchen, soft and warm matress, the staffs are excellent and kind. Big supermarket 'jumbo' is just 3min walk away. I defenetly recommend this hotel.

Nothing

The apartments are very spacious and perfectly equiped, including tastful furniture. Many of them offer views towards the mountainside as well as over the Puerto Montt Bay. Excellent choice for a stopover on the way to Southern Chile.

Breakfast service is offered, but as could be expected for an aparthotel, the quality is poor and it consists almost exclusively of prepacked components.

I liked that staff was expecting for us when we arrived. Our plane was an hour late so by the time we arrived to the hotel it was around 11:30pm. It is nice if you are tired and don't know the city. The staff was also flexible with the payment. For personal reasons, we couldn't stay 4 nights, so we ended up staying only 3. The staff helped us to arrange the price and days, we did not get any cancelation fee. It was very nice! Thanks! Our room and location was good compare to other hotels. For some reason I felt safe staying at Surterra.

Our room had a few garbage under our bed. Garbage from other guests. The water presure was working funny and also the temperature. Maybe it is a city problem. I don't know. Some part of the staff seemed to be unsure about their job. It looked like they where very young and inexperienced working at the hotel. Only a couple people was able to solve our questions and they where not always available.

los departamentos son muy bonitos, tranquilos y seguros; las camas son confortables y la cocina está bien equipada. Además el personal del hotel es muy atento y amable.

Es muy facil llegar desde la costanera esta indicada la calle harper.wifi andaba super bien.Nos recomendaron muy buenos lugares para cenar.En gral excelente lugar. Supermercado a 2 cuadras.La gente que te atiende es algo parca pero amable...

podria ser mas amplia la ducha.

Zu Fuß ist es etwas weit bis in die Stadt.

falto una goma antideslizante en la bañera, el televisor deberia ser un lcd y sobre la pared (al estar acostado en la cama quedaba muy abajo apoyado en el mueble. Seria bueno tener un televisor en la planta baja.

Que a primera hora del dia de retiro habian desconectado todos los artefactos electricos. Excesiva economia en articulos de baño.

Las recepcionistas podrìan ser un poco màs amables y resolver mejor las situaciones ante algunas preguntas.
