Comfortable and roomy; great location near Providencia with several restaurants within steps of the hotel. Breakfast was really good, with lots of selection. Also, we needed a larger room/suite, which they had. It is an older building. No Wifi - you have to borrow a cable. Also, the hot water was inconsistent in the shower, and one of the elevators was constantly being repaired - not inspiring confidence.

It is a friendly, no frills, and well located place, which offers all the things a traveler may need (free parking, free breakfast, wi-fi in your room, cleanliness, etc.) at a good price.

The staff was very helpful and courteous to me. I am not a smoker and ended up with a smoking room. It was awful! I thought I had rented a room/apartment with a kitchenette but I ended up with a small refrigerator in the corner - no stove and only the bathroom sink. The description on the website was not clear enough to know this OR my room was changed by the hotel.

Localização (perto de tudo), bom café-da-manhã (embora o mesmo sempre), cozinha completa, sala com computadores para acesso a internet, bom espaço do apartamento. O apartamento estava em condições precárias de manutenção. Parede suja em vários pontos, reboco caindo em alguns, sofá-cama já com muitas manchas, mobília bem antiga. Ou seja, não se trata de limpeza, mas de reparo mesmo. O hotel até poderia melhorar esta estrutura e cobrar mais caro. Mas, enfim, tem boa relação custo-benefício.

Gostei muito da atenção dos funcionários e da limpeza do hotel. Sempre que preciso, faziam reserva de táxi ou em restaurantes, tudo com a maior tempestividade e simpatia, estavam sempre prontos a nos ajudar no que fosse preciso. Sempre atentos às nossas perguntas, necessidades e tudo mais. Muito boa localização. Gostei muito do Hotel, não me decepcionei, atingiu nossas expectativas. Indo novamente a Santiago, ficaria neste mesmo Hotel, com certeza.

O hotel é bem localizado, tem vários restaurantes e lanchonetes próximos e uma estação de Metrô a cerca de 100 metros. O comércio é bem variado no entorno. O apartamento com 2 quartos é bem espaçoso, com uma sala bem grande, 2 banhos e cozinha montada. Ficamos 6 adultos hospedados por 13 dias. O chuveiro às vezes fica frio no meio do banho (é aquecido por gás).

Parece que você está em casa, pois o apartamento é bem dividido e amplo. Tem cozinha separada da sala e esta é separada do quarto. Possui inúmeros armários e é bastante arejado.

Tiene muy buena ubicacion en una calle tranquila pero a pasos del gran movimiento urbano (taxis, buses,subte), ademas de garage gratuito , sala de computadoras con impresora, sala de fitness, etc.El mobiliario de la habitacion era completo. El frigobar esta muy bien surtido y el desayuno es bueno, asi como el servicio a la habitacion. El personal es amable y dedicado. Mi habitacion necesitaba mantenimiento. Se notaba que faltaba un cuadro o un espejo ya que habia quedado la marca en la pintura, la cual tambien tenia una pequeña rajadura sobre la puerta del baño. La griferia del baño estaba desgastada aunque su funcionamiento era correcto. Tenia un equipo de audio pero no el C.remoto por lo que estaba limitado a escuchar una am y una fm.

Departamento con equipamiento completo, ideal familias. Ubicación excelente. Excelente desayuno. Muy buen trato del personal de limpieza Todos los servicios no incluidos en la tarifa original son muy caros . No me gustó el trato del personal del front desk. El parking es algo incómodo. Decoración de las habitaciones y front desk de muy mal gusto

Funcionários muito atenciosos, Hotel muito bem localizado num bairro tranquilo e silencioso. A manutenção (como pintura por ex.) poderia estar melhor, mas nada que prejudique.

O hotel é um pouco antigo, mas mantem boa manutenção, quarto grande para família (dois ambientes), bom café da manhã, boa localização (metro perto). Recomendo ir com a família. Ar condicionado um pouco barulhento.

La gente muy linda, todo estuvo bien pese que a nuestra llegada dijeron que booking no habia mandado nuestra reserva y nos quisieron enviar a un edificio al frente que no se veia muy bueno pero como insistimos nos alojaron en el aparthotel y la verdad que nos gusto bastante

La ubicación 1) Se solicito para 6 personas y habían 5 camas (Matrimonio con dos hijos y pololos). 2) Ascensor en mal estado, quedamos atrapados por 10 minutos. 3) Aire acondicionado habitación en mal estado e inundó la pieza. 4) Mal olor en los dos baños. 5) Al regresar en la noche al hotel, la persona a cargo de estacionamiento no estaba en su lugar y tuvimos que esperar 30 minutos que llegara (No estaba ubicable ni por radio ni telefono). Mala experiencia, como para pensar volver a tempo rent apart hotel.

Bem localzado. Ideal para quem não quer gastar em diárias. Hotel bem simples. Apesar de ser suite e termos pago 2 quartos, somente havia um banheiro bem modesto. No verão, bem quente em Santiago, a sala tinha ar condicionado, mas o quarto de casal não. Não espere simpatia dos funcionários.
