They changed our room to another building not the hotel room we have booked, the facility is old, after the complain, they change back to their own building and no comfort wording.

Location was convenient for my meetings, and walk about. I was put in the older building apartment, not as shown on the announcement. The building access was through a concierge who was absent at times, thus had to go back to the principal building to get someone to open the building door. The concierge was rude at times, if you forgot to close the door behind you when you went in or out. The apartment overlooked a number of restaurants that had open patios where clients talked loud until past mid-night, thus made it difficult to have a relaxed sleep. Breakfast had no variety: scrambled eggs, sliced cheese, bread, butter and jam, coffee, tea and juice, and two mornings pieces of fruit.

It is a friendly, no frills, and well located place, which offers all the things a traveler may need (free parking, free breakfast, wi-fi in your room, cleanliness, etc.) at a good price.

The staff was very helpful and courteous to me. I am not a smoker and ended up with a smoking room. It was awful! I thought I had rented a room/apartment with a kitchenette but I ended up with a small refrigerator in the corner - no stove and only the bathroom sink. The description on the website was not clear enough to know this OR my room was changed by the hotel.

A localização Alugamos um apart para 6 pessoas com dois quartos e dois banheiros. O sofá-cama da sala estava muito ruim para dormir uma pessoa. Imagina se fosse 2 a dormirem! Impossível. Reclamamos do estado do sofá e eles imediatamente mandaram um colchão (espuma) para melhorar a situação.

A localização é muito boa, fica próximo ao metrô, a bons restaurantes e a tudo mais. O café é razoável, sem maiores reclamações, e a limpeza dos quartos também é satisfatória. Pedimos um táxi na recepção para nos levar de volta ao aeroporto (estávamos em 5 pessoas - 2 adultos e 3 crianças) e não demorou muito pra chegar. Impossível encontrar o meio termo entre água quente e água fria, banho muito difícil. A cortina de plástico também atrapalha. Outro problema foi o sofá-cama. Estávamos em 5 pessoas (2 adultos e 3 crianças) e pedimos um apartamento para 6 pessoas. Eram dois cômodos, dois banheiros, cozinha montada, varanda, tudo tranquilo, só que não é uma acomodação para 6, e sim para 4 pessoas (1 cama de casal e 2 de solteiro). Isso porque o sofá cama é péssimo, desconfortável, duro, e difícil de manusear.

La ubicación, el desayuno, el parqueadero reservado Que se haya filtrado la informacion del número de la habitación y mi nombre completo y que se haya cargado un consumo de restaurant, ceviche y algo mas y cervezas insinuando que posiblemente lo consumieron los dos niños, de 16 y 13 años. La conexión Wi-Fi no estuvo disponible el fin de semana.
