Cafe da manha fraco, falta um auxilio na retirada das malas do carro no estacionamento, com muitas escadas, o que gera um desgaste físico intenso ate a chegada ao quarto. La estructura es buena y muy novedosa. Podrían poner un arreglo floral en la abitación. Falta supervisar el aseo Ej, la tina del baño, parte opuesta a las llaves, se aprecia obscuro, es el lugar donde se pone jabón, guante, shampoo. A la entrada al baño en el marco de la puerta, suelo estaba salpicado, trate de limpiarlo, pero estaba pegado. Hay alumnos haciendo pasantías que demuestran buena predisposición en su servicio, cordialidad y amabilidad en la atención. Desayuno aceptable. Falta de ventana en la habitación. Un solo juego de toalla y toallón. Falta de sommier en la suite matrimonial. Ausencia de servicio de cafetería y restaurant los fines de semana. Falta de placard en la suite. Mal funcionamiento de la ducha e hidromasaje (escasez de agua caliente). Falta de: champú, acondicionador, secador de cabello. Lugar de estacionamiento le falta una buena presentación. Juan Young couple los angeles, Chile July 24, 2012	La ubicacion esta buena, cuenta con estacionamiento privado, esta muy bien decorado en todos los rincones del hotel, la atencion del personal es muy buena y amable. Las habitaciones no estan en el mejor estado de mantenimiento, estan limpias pero no bien mantenidas en infraestructura la tv esta ubicada sumamente alta, si hay niños no pueden ver, la habitacion cuenta con un jacussi que esta habilitado como ducha, da la impresion de acuerdo a la distribución de la habitación que anteriormente esas instalaciones funcionaron como un motel de parejas lo que podria causar alguna mala impresión en algunas personas, no pude conseguir un cafe en el hotel un dia sabado a las 2100 hrs no cuentan con servicios, no hay frigobar en las habitaciones, el desayuno no cuenta con un cafe de grano solo clasico, la relacion precio calidad no es acorde Did you find this review helpful?	6.3
